I have one. Not great. You commit to a one year contract that automatically renews unless you cancel it. Like a bad gym membership without good equipment.

Ok but not worth the money
This product is hilariously expensive. It’s extremely complicated and not user friendly. After wearing straight for 1 month was told that my sleep is 100% haha. This can’t be far from the case because I’m going to a sleep doctor and having all kinds of testing done the accessories are so expensive. $50 for a different colored band. Might as well have gotten an Apple Watch

Disappointing customer service
After doing a lot of research about the WHOOP I decided to purchase the device through the WHOOP website rather than Amazon.I strongly advise against that after my experience dealing with WHOOP customer support. The device cannot be shipped to an APO so if you deployed overseas you will not be able to get it and they will not tell you this prior to purchase. Their customer support is sadly lacking. I kept getting bounced to different employees at whoop until after 2 months waiting for my device. They told me to file claim with shipping company rather than refunding me and will no longer replied to my email.For now, I’m still hopeful that I will either get the device or get a refund. I strongly recommend NOT using the WHOOP website and rather purchasing it through Amazon because I believe they have better customer service and won’t leave you $300 in the hole.Experiences may vary, but if you’re overseas, do not purchase

Unreliable and Expensive
Purchased my whoop in January 2023 and have had some small hiccups before this major one. My whoop device has stopped sharing data to my phone and according to the support team the only way to fix this is to let my WHOOP device’s battery die. One day of usage takes 15-25% off the battery so this is a 4 day minimum without data. For $30 a month that is absolutely ridiculous, hence why I do not recommend this product.
