A nice size exerciser but doesn’t feel right.

This exerciser is a compact sixe but doesn’t feel right in it peddle movement. Not comfortable to use. I want to return but now Amazon is not showing that I purchased it?

    Not smooth

Way too lightweight to get a smooth, pedaling motion. Very, very cheap. I cannot get the part off where you insert batteries so that doesn’t work. Not recommended.

    Pretty Good.

This is an excellent product the only issue I had with it is that you screw the pedals into the metal piece and when you sit there and pedal they actually come unscrewed so I had to put some of the screwtape on the screws when I put them in so that they would not come off when pedaling. Other than that’s that’s perfect. You can get the screwtape at any hardware store.

    Garbage

I got this as used but it said “like new” in the description and it looks as though nobody has used it. One pedal is threaded wrong and will not screw into the arm all the way so it falls off and the screws for the base don’t fit either so it’s useless to me. The straps that fit over your feet are so stiff that it looks as though it would be difficult and uncomfortable but I wasn’t able to try it out due to the issues I described above. I don’t know about the electronic parts at all but I have to assume it’s as cheap as the rest of it.

    Miracle worker!

I bought this for a family member who has balance issues, which make exercise of any kind a safety hazard. She started using this and immediately saw an improvement in her swelling and started losing weight! It’s easy enough to use, that even someone who is sedentary can put it under their desk/table and use it while on the computer or watching TV. Wonderful to get in some sneaky exercise!!

Great little exerciser! Buy it today, you’ll be happy you did

My 92 yr. old dad wanted an exerciser and we bought him this one. He loves it. Uses it quite a lot. Not too heavy, he can move it around and put it in place. He doesn’t use the foot belts though and maybe you just don’t need them really. He can change the tension too. For the money, it’s worth every penny.

Works well. I don’t bother with the scanning measurements. Do not cycle backwards because the pedals will eventually fall off.

    It’s ok

Purchased a “like new” used one. It was missing one of the stabilizers but everything else was included and it’s easy enough to stabilize it with something else. Works fine.

    Great for the Price

I am exercising as I write which is great since it’s too cold to exercise outdoors. The package came with all parts including the necessary tools for assembly plus a couple of extra screws. (No, I didn’t miss putting any in.) It even came with a large mesh pad which could be used as a non-skid surface or for protecting floors and furnishings. The computer is working fine. When assembling, follow the manual and make sure to pay attention to which pedal goes on which side turning in the direction specified both in the manual and on the end of the pedal. It was easy enough to assemble, but one of the screws for one of the base parts didn’t want to go all the way in. That doesn’t seem to matter at all since the base works well enough anyway.

    Post knee replacement, great!

I purchased this for use after knee replacement. As the other reviews stated, there is a drag while using but disappeared after using for approximately 1 1/2 hours at a steady pace. It doesn’t move around if used on carpet and leaning back some. With that, it’s more like using a recumbent bike which is better for my back and knees. It is fairly quiet and easy to use. I don’t feel that this is perfect for long term use. But the price and convenience for use as at home, temporary therapy you can’t go wrong. Luckily I was able to purchase as an out of box unit so I definitely got my money’s worth.

    Well built machine

I ordered one of these after using my Dad’s physical therapy peddler. it’s heavy enough, not too high to hurt the knees and you can use it without tension and just peddle while watching TV. Very easy to put together, but mine makes a little rattle noise that I have to figure out. Pleased with purchase.

    Doesn’t hold together

Easy to put together except the little scanner was hard to get out, had to use a screw driver, takes one AAA battery, not included. Pedals screw right on and fall right off after a few pedals, and so does the knob on the front which seems to be useless and not described on the instructions what it’s for. Well, wasn’t real expensive so I guess that’s what you get. Still easy to use as long as you don’t mind putting the pedals back on constantly and can’t wear any type of shoes as they won’t fit the pedals no matter how small your feet.

    DO NOT BUY THIS, SERIOUSLY

I do not recommend anyone buy this product. I had such an awful experience that I will avoid this brand forever. The machine arrived beat up and filthy, covered in grease stains from the excessively oiled pedals. Touching it just to assemble it left black oily stains on my fingers. The instructions were two wrinkly pieces of paper stapled together, written poorly, the screws were rusty, the plastic edges looked chewed up.On such a machine, I believe you’re meant to lift the display with your fingers to insert a battery behind it to power the computer. This display was glued on, and the only way to access the battery slot was to lift the plastic shell body by disassembling the whole thing. There was no battery in it so it could never have turned on.The display is supposed to face you while you pedal, left pedal goes on the left, right pedal on the right. It had been, however, assembled backwards, the left pedal marked R and right one marked L. The pedal shafts were crooked and would shift back and forth as you pedaled. The fit and finish were so awful it was off by a full centimeter in some places.it looked very cheap for a $50 price range item. I felt like I’d gotten someone’s return with how dirty everything looked.Total disappointment to buy this reasonably in advance as a Christmas gift and have it not function whatsoever. Thankfully, we didn’t just gift the unopened box and then find out about all the problems, we tested it first, day of receiving it. We could not have gotten a replacement off Amazon in time for Christmas, so we had to buy a different one in person, and it’s leagues ahead of this in build quality and design despite being the same price.Just get another one, don’t risk this one. Not worth it.

    Easy Peezy to put together

I just put it together I’m 92 and I’m happy to get it just to keep my legs moving. I do walk a mile a day but I thought this would allow me to watch TV and still keep my circulation going. I’ve only used it for one evening, so I can’t write a complete review, however I can always hear about together and falls apart. Big smile. Besides, I’m a very small woman and I probably will not challenge it too much like I said I put it together once I can do it again if I have to do so. Anyway, it’s a good entrée for this kind of equipment if I want better, I’ll pay for better. Thanks for the good product and the great shipping.

The good and the bad are true

I seemed to have receive a unit that had poor quality control. Those that say the unit only seemed to have one resistance setting could be in the same scenario I was, the unit sent had been unwound so far that the knob screw was no longer in connection with the resistance plate. So turning it either way did nothing.I’ve fixed it myself.Don’t expect much of a hard work out with this unit set at max resistance. The resistance at most feels like if you attached 2 to 3 pounds to both shins while walking. Once you get your momentum going it feels less.Decent device if all you’re expecting from it is to assist you in moving your legs in a circular motion, with slight resistance for hours while you’re seated busy with other things.I’ve not experienced the wobbling like other reviewers are saying, the rubber cushions seem to minimize that. Not completely in line with expectations, but useful and inexpensive enough to keep it.

    Very sturdy but light weight

I got this for my mom and she loves it! It is light weight so she can move it herself. It is sturdy so I don’t have to worry about her feet slipping off or worry that it will move around while she is using it. When it was suggested to her to get a couple dumbells so she can work on her arms, she promptly picked up the device and sat it on her lap and proceeded to pedal with her arms!! This is a great item for a great value. Would definitely recommend!!

    Just right for therapy purposes!

I recently had knee surgery and purchased this item for physical therapy purposes. It has minimal assembly and the directions were easy to follow. The pedals fit in perfectly! The AAA battery is not included, but that is not an issue. One thing I would include in the directions is that when you remove the timer and put in the battery be sure to replace the drop cord sensor to the left of the flywheel in the casing. This product meets my expectations for what I purchased it for.

    Exercise?

I have never exercised in my life, and with recept knee replacement it became a necessity. I just received a few weeks ago and it has taken me a while to get used to it staring at it and forcing me to keep moving. Results to follow I hope.

Works great. Assembly was a pain as the correct size tool was not in the box. Just a screw driver and a wrench that was too small. I had trouble with applying tension but fixed that.

    Kind of a money waister!!

There is a right & left peddle- my son found that out the next day….kind of figured something was wrong with the one peddle. It can only go so tight, there is really no resistance to it!! That sucks. Just a belt or band inside going around in a circle. Get something else if you need any type of resistance levels. It looks nice but that’s it!

I have it under my desk at work. I use it when I have to sit for a while. If my legs where any longer, I might have a problem having it under my desk. I like it and feel that it was a good purchase.

Not as good as it seems

Price is right, but that’s about it.Handles continue to fall off while using whether it’s by pedaling or hand pedaling.Timer barely works as it keeps resetting itself, even with new batteries. It’s very jerky. Not a smooth circular pedaling experience like a regular bike.If you want the bare minimum from an under the desk “bike”, then get this, but if you’re looking for something that’s good quality, this isn’t the bike for you.

Was surprised at how well this is made for the money. I really like that it is lightweight to pick up but sturdy when in use. So nice to be able to store it near by when not in use. Takes up only a small amount of room. My legs feel better already.

    Junk

I bought this to get more movement while at work. When I took it out of the box the material piece that is similar to a chain fell off. I took it apart to fix and the wire that connects to the mileage counter broke. I put it all back together, and when I use it, the pedals come off. That’s where you get your work out putting it back together per use.

    Easy assembly

I may be jumping the gun here, but it is EASY to put together – just the 2 stabilizers and the pedals. I bought this for my 80 yr old mom, who has talked about something similar for 8 yrs now – after her cardiac rehab. She has used it 3 times (for about 5 mins each – arms and legs) and it has been only 24 hrs in the house. It is light enough that she can put it up on the table herself and carry it from her room to the living room. The only caveat is that the directions state to screw the pedals in, but you really need to screw them in via the nut. That’s it. Great product and she is so happy with it!

    Im satisfied

I find this very useful very easy to assemble and does the job. However, Idk how this timer is supposed to work. It doesn’t ever leave 0:00 on anything so my timer doesn’t work that’s the only thing also the tension handle doesnt really do a lot of resistance other than that it fits perfectly under my desk and does the trick. —— update I just removed the battery and then put it back in and then I started working like it should, I think I just needed to be rebooted idk haha

computer doesn’t work – was assembled backwards

Updating my review….Decided to disassemble the unit to see where the dog would have been mounted.Found a magnet mounted on the opposite side of the computer pickup. Passing the pickup in front of the magnet generated a count. The flywheel and pedals were assemble backwards (Left was on the Right and viseversa).Removed the flywheel and pedals and reversed it.Computer is now working, but should not have had to do this for a $50 device.Increased the rating to 2 stars from 1 star. As others mentioned, as you try to increase the resistance the unit becomes unstable and rocks a lot. This is probably OK to use to actively move your legs, but not as a resistance device.I did not see any grease as was mentioned in other reviews. The band and flywheel were dry. Adding some grease might make it smoother, but I think this would also remove the resistance.****************Bought this early for my son’s birthday.Just assembled it and the computer that tracks time, counts, calories, etc. does not work. The computer lights up, but it does not appear to have any dog to trip the sensor to make the actual counts.Unfortunately, the return window has closed and we are now out the $50 that we spent for this gift.

I have arthritis in my knees & love this!

My Chiropractor told me after seeing three others in the Dr. field who didn’t tell me that I have arthritis in my knees & walking is only aggravating it. He suggested I get a stationary bike but since room is limited I got this! When I received this one of the legs were broken & the pads on the bottom keep coming off.I realized I don’t need the plastic piece that broke in order to make it work nor the pads since it sits on a rug.But when you pay for a product you don’t expect it to have issues!!!!!!!!

Passable exercise equipment and okay home physical therapy option

The device is easy to assmble, mildy durable outer shell. The LED screen device is a little on the cheap side, and does come loose sometimes. And the knob that tightens the difficulty level comes unloose very often.

    It works

For the price I guess this product is OK. I put it together and I use it peddling while sitting in a chair. But you’re supposed to be able to adjust it so that it can be a more difficult pedal. But it just doesn’t. I’ve tightened it as far as I can and it moves exactly like it did when I first bought it. But at least it does keep my legs moving.

I like this does what it needs to do. The downside is it’s not spaced out enough for pedaling and my right side foot pedal has fallen off twice after a few use and isn’t the easiest to screw back on. It’s a MEH for me but I will continue to use until I’m ready to move on from it.

Velcro on Straps coming off after one use

The idea of this was good. But I’ve only used this once (I keep it in my office where the ambient temp is between 68-70 degrees Fahrenheit) and when I went to use it again, I noticed the Velcro on the straps are coming off. They’re not sewn in, just glued on. Poor design, especially for something meant to have daily use. Really disappointing.Putting it together was fine, but the pedals were installed on the wrong sides from the factory (left side pedal has the R on it and right side has the L on it).

Bought this for my Mother who is an active 97 years old and lives in N.D. She normally goes for a walk in the evening but when the weather is cold windy or raining she can excercise indoors.she also uses this machine in front of the couch when she’s knitting & watching tv !

    Slick and smooth

I just received this for my dad to help him in his battle with cancer and so far we love the product it’s not to heavy so my mom is able to pick it up and move it for my dad and my dad is able to get a grab work out in. The only thing that I do not like about it and why it did not get all 5stars is because when trying to put the base on it did not quite match right so the product is off balance.

    Acceptable for easy peddling

Fine for easy peddling, has a hesitation when you tighten the knob for more tension. I had to put slip stop under a throw rug to keep this in place on my laminate flooring while using.
