I just received the resistance bands a short time ago. Set up following the included instructions was a snap. Everything seems to be very well made, and the workout I did was every bit as good as the workout that I do at Physical Therapy; the only difference…I have no copay. I am exceedingly happy with this purchase!

Finally professional style bands
Don’t buy any bands from your local store, please. Those are just poor quality want to be “weight” bands with crappy hooks, and really poor quality.Now these babies! Nice!!! Sweet canvas ends with large hooks and interchangeable carabiners for the handles or any lifting accessories you already have. Also comes with a strong tie-down anchor to attach to any contact point for multiple extension points, also, on the canvas ends of the bands is the weight class of each band, so you are not guessing by color, but picking actual labeled weight.Not a substitute for free weights, but a great addition to any home gym. I bought the bands first for low impact cardio “lifting”, then I bought adjustable dumbbells. I use the bands and dumbbells in my weekly routine of different exercises.Highly recommend.

I purchased a set of bands around 24 Jan 2024. I have enjoyed using the bands and they have made my exercises more efficient & effective. Recently, the 40lbs (black) band snapped (used ~59 times); no injuries sustained. I reached out to the company via the email provided to find out how to replace the 40lbs band. They were extremely responsive and I received a new set of bands in about 48 hours. Some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time! Despite just the one band snapping in me, I am very satisfied with the bands, ease of use and the company’s support.

I was immediately pleased by the excellent craftsmanship and the strong, long-lasting substance of the bands themselves, which I noticed as soon as I removed them from the carrying bag. They are not like those flimsy bands that break or wear out fast; rather, they have a robust and well-made feel about them. Even though my hands become sweaty during intensive exercises, the broad, textured grips give a firm and pleasant grip, despite the fact that they are enormous. It is the innovative stacking design of these bands that really sets them apart from other bands. You have the option of using each of the five bands separately, which range in resistance from 10 to 50 pounds, or you may combine them together to get a demanding tension of up to 150 pounds overall. As my strength increases, this adaptability is wonderful since it allows me to gradually increase the intensity of my workouts. Across the whole range of motion, the resistance is uniform and smooth across the entire range. There was no strange cracking or inconsistent tension, unlike what I’ve encountered with bands that cost less. They have a strong and trustworthy feeling about them.

Resistance weight measurements don’t seem accurate
I was a little disappointed with these. I’m not very fit, so I was hoping that the lower weight bands would be good for me, but they were all pretty stiff. The bands at my physical therapy seemed completely different from these. With these, I couldn’t really tell any difference between the 10 and 15 lb bands. They were both too strong for me to exercise comfortably, but when I go to physical therapy, the 15 lb band there is too easy for me and seems to stretch out much farther than either the 15 or 10 lb band from this set. The best feature of this set is the detachable handles. They’re cushioned and comfortable. I picked this set because it looked as though I was getting a lot for my money with all the accessories, but it ended up being kind of a waste because the bands are too stiff for me.
