It’s ok
You can’t adjust the tension on the pedals but otherwise it works. Hard to balance and use the bands together.

Very Solid piece of equipment
I find the equipment very solid and easy to use. However, I would appreciate a stop (at the completion of each step) that was a bit less abrupt and jarring.

Great for a workout at home
I liked this product because of how compact it is. I work from home and is great to use on my lunch hour. I get a 30 minute workout in.

Works but minor problem
I’ve had this about a week so far I love it, it works great and I feel like I’ve had a good workout after using it. But after around a week it counted my steps to 100 and then stopped and I looked up how to fix it I’ve tried resetting it I’ve followed all the steps but it stopped counting 😒🙄🙄which sucks but I just count my steps by myself now !

Great workout
Don’t let the size fool you, you will get a good workout with this! It can adjust the step height and you definitely get a burn. I got this for my office and started using it. Compact and still packs a punch for getting a good sweat in.

Easy for all
I got this when it was 20% off about 2 months ago. I follow the instructions and only exercise for 15 minutes at a time. I don’t have any squeaking noises unless I try to treat this equipment like cardio. I believe it is worth every penny I paid, especially since I got it on sale. I can exercise in the comfort of my home and it doesn’t irritate my bad hips. I mention that last part in case anyone is looking for exercise equipment that is easier on injuries/disabilities. I find that this doesn’t involve a full and high rotation of the hips like a gym stair stepper so it isn’t as hard on my hips. Also, you can change step when you hear the click of the hydraulics to avoid any kind of impact on the spine. Overall, it has been really great for my bad hips.

step count isn’t accurate
Step counter doesn’t work, records about 7 for every 10, and loosening the tension knob doesn’t seem to do much. BUT the stepper feels sturdy, isn’t too heavy to pick up and store in the closet, doesn’t dent my new carpet when I use it on a piece of equipment mat, and a great piece of equipment to have in front of the tv! I alternate between the included exercise bands and 10lb dumbbells, vary my stepping depth and speed, and due to the counting error work out by time instead of step count. GLAD TO HAVE IT and absolutely worth the price.

Very well made and super useful!
I love that this can be used while sitting down, which is awesome while working on the computer. I can still firm my butt and work my abs, legs while sititng, and this truly is important to keep me from feeling sluggish on the days i cannot get a workout in. Helps keep me alert as well while working at the desk. Then when i want to get more intense for even a two-minute burn i stand up and start doing it at afast steady speed while squatting to feel the burn even more. Just a great backup to have around or daily add in to your routine.

Good so far!!!
The 15 minute maximum is no issue for me, I just come back later in the day or just wait the 30 minutes. I did start creaking after 6 used though… I weigh 180. other than that it’s Working great, compact, not heavy. Just a warning that if you have feet bigger than women’s 12 your feet might be bigger than the steps. Good workout though!!Edit: Got help and it stopped squeaking, the creak is fixable yall!!! Just ask the AI assistant.

Phenomenal
A total life saver; I was looking for something to exercise on while playing video games, and I didn’t want something that took up too much space like my elliptical. It’s easy to put aside when you’re done, not so much like a big machine. I’m on it for only five minutes and already start to sweat. I really like how you can adjust the stepper but a knob at the bottom you can loosen or tighten. I burn around 200 just by playing a bit of video games, which distractions me from the burn I definitely feel! Don’t hesitate, this is wonderful.

Get it!!!
I bought this for $48.99 during a sale and it arrived today. The instructions were easy to follow and it even came with an extra battery. It accurately counted my steps. I did a 30-minute “Indoor Walk” and it made me sweat. When compared to the Apple Watch Fitness app, there was only a 5-7 calorie difference, if that matters to you.

Cute and effective
Probably the cutest stair stepper I’ve ever seen! Also the ease of this is incredible! Super easy to store away when not in use, but super easy to setup when you are ready – if it’s doing steps on a lunch break, waiting for the water to boil, or watching your kids play! Super convenient and easy!! I’ve been using mine for about a year now and have had NO issues what so ever!

Compact and good for small spaces! Great workout
This stepper is everything I’ve ever dreamed of and more. It’s not just a machine, it’s a lifesaver wrapped in a compact package. It’s the answer to all my fitness prayers–affordable, simple, and effective. From the moment it arrived preassembled at my doorstep, I knew it was meant to be. The way it fits perfectly under my bed, ready to be pulled out at a moment’s notice. Its weight of only 15 pounds makes it a breeze to move around, allowing me to bring my workout wherever I go.The simple counter that keeps track of my steps is like a guiding light, reminding me of how far I’ve come with each movement. The resistance is easily adjustable, catering to my every whim and challenge. And the arm resistance bands? They’re like the cherry on top, adding that extra kick to my workout routine. To address any doubts or concerns, let me tell you this–this machine may be small, but it packs a powerful punch. It requires balance and strength, pushing you to new limits and sculpting your muscles with every step. It may not have all the fancy features of a high-end machine, but it gets the job done in the most satisfying way possible. For me, this stepper is not just a piece of equipment, it’s a game-changer. As a busy mother, it provides me with the means to achieve my fitness goals without leaving the comfort of my home. And for the price? It’s a steal. Trust me when I say, you won’t find a better deal out there. So, if you’re like me and in need of a reliable companion on your fitness journey, look no further. This stepper is the real deal, offering a workout that will leave you feeling empowered, strong, and ready to take on the world. Don’t hesitate, make the investment in yourself and see the results unfold before your eyes. You won’t regret it.

Excellent little stepper for the price point
This stepper is exactly what I wanted–a small machine with simple mechanics at a value price. It fits under my bed for easy storage and weighs about 15 pounds, so it’s easy to move around. It has a simple counter that keeps track of your steps (and has a few other modes, like calories, etc. but nothing too in depth). It came preassembled, and the only assembly you have to do is make sure the pulley line is on the wheel underneath the machine, then tighten the tension knob to the desired resistance (which is easy to adjust anytime you want to change it) and attaching the arm resistance bands to the frame. In reference to some common questions/complaints I’ve seen, here is an FYI about the this machine.1. It is a STEPPER, not an elliptical–meaning you step up and down, not glide back and forth.2. It does require you to maintain your own balance while using it (unlike an elliptical). It is actually better for your muscle tone and core muscles to keep your own balance while exercising. However, if you have a medical issue that impairs your balance, this might not be a good machine for you.3. You MUST use it standing up. Because you put your full weight on the pedals to pump them up and down, this machine would not work for someone sitting at a desk or in a chair.4. The arm resistance bands are optional and do not effect the function of the stepper pedals. They are mounted to the frame of the machine and the length is adjustable. They are simple rubber type stretchy resistance bands, similar to bungee cords.5. The step counter has been accurate for me, but I consider the other modes (calories, etc.) to be estimates. If you need more in depth exercise tracking, I would suggest a personal device (Fitbit, etc.) or looking for another machine at a higher price point to include the bells and whistles.6. There is no way to adjust the incline of the pedals, or increase the step height (how far up and down the pedals go) beyond the 8″ or so in the machines range of motion. Again, if this is important, you should probably look at a higher price point. Personally I find the incline and step height works well for me.7. The machine seems durable to me, and I use it about 5x a week, for 20-30 minutes. If you work out much more than that, you may want to invest in a more expensive, bigger machine.8. The weight limit for the machine is 220 lb, per the instruction manual.9. The instruction manual is well written and clear instructions are given for assembly and maintenance. Instructions are given for parts to oil if the machine begins to squeak.10. The machine is very quiet. You do hear air pushing from the cylinders as you step up and down, but it’s not loud. I use the machine while my baby naps with no problem.11. The pedals are 11 1/4″ long from inside the toe guard to the edge of the pedal. I wear women’s size 9 and have plenty of room.12. Despite its simple design, this machine does give you quite a work out (similar to climbing stairs). It’s definitely cardiovascular exercise, and you definitely feel it in your calves, thighs and gluts. Maintaining balance also gives my core muscles a work out, and you can use the arm bands too if you want. Like any exercise, it depends on the amount of effort you put in.I would highly recommend this stepper for anyone like myself, who wants an affordable machine with a small footprint to get some easy exercise at home. I’m a 30-something mother with small children, so going to the gym isn’t convenient for me. I’m not a fitness guru, my goals are to get more cardio and shed a few pounds. For around $50, you can’t beat the price for the amount of exercise you can get from this little stepper.

Good for home workouts
This little stepper is great for getting my heart rate up. The resistance is good. It feels stable even on carpet. It’s very quiet and easy to use. It comes with resistance bands that let you get a full body workout in if you want. It’s a great addition to your fitness program. I took one star because the steps are quite close together. Maybe it’s just me because I’m a bigger person and tend to stand with my feet a little wider. I’m still able to use it but I just put my feet a little wider which means the outer edges of my feet aren’t on the pedals. Overall it’s a great piece of equipment, especially if you don’t have a lot of space.

Convenient Fitness Gear!
So, getting older in life, and still have a very sedentary desk job and the effects are starting to show on my health. Not good! So, a bit of research has told me that getting active in any form adds up over the day, and, while I started clocking myself to get up and move around throughout the day, I wanted to do more than just do a few stretches. Began looking online for options, and found this gem!I now have it in my office, and, I also purchased a Garmin Vivofit 4, to keep track of my steps and activity throughout my days, to get a sense of how much I’m doing, or not doing, and when I need to be more active to reach my goals. This handy stair stepper is exactly what I wanted — something small that easily fits in my office space, that is rigorous enough to get my heart pumping, but not so extreme that I need to take a shower afterwards or swap out my work attire for gym clothes. This is most basic — two pedals, and a cord that goes around a tension wheel, just stand on it, and start stepping. Also has two light resistance fitness bands, so you can work out your arms in any way you choose. I was so out of shape that I had to back off the tension entirely, and just stepping while using the bands, for half a minute got me breathing hard! Sad, I know! It does have a little computer on it that keeps track of things, but, since it is rather limited and is down on the floor with the stepper, and not really so practical, I just use my fitness tracker to show my progress during use.Happy to say I have started dieting as well, plus using my Bowflex at home for something other than a clothes rack, and, with this device at work, I’ve already lost a few pounds in just a few weeks, so life is going in a better direction! And, already have ratcheted up the tension setting, from when I started, so I’m getting in slightly better shape already, after just a few weeks. Small gains, but good gains. With the amount of time I work, and the amount of work I need to get through, I really needed something I could fit into my existing life, and that’s what I love about this. I don’t have the time or funds to go get a gym membership or suddenly take up running or biking or something, so I needed a machine that I could integrate into my current schedule, and this is it!My Vivofit 4 has an activity alarm, so, when I’ve been at the desk too long, my wrist device beeps at me, and I get up, get on my stepper, and start stepping, doing my first half with the resistance bands, and then the next half without, since I’m still too out of shape to do justice to this device, but I take it as a good sign that it gets my heart pumping and my legs get a good burn. In other words, it is an effective little workout machine. When I’ve been active long enough, my Vivofit beeps again, telling me I’ve been a good boy and burned some calories, and I see my step count for the day has risen, and so I can go back to work again. While my sad state of fitness was shocking, in how quickly I was winded, the good news is that, a few weeks into use, my times on it are getting longer, so it is definitely building endurance, and, while I am not managing to also take a needed walk around my neighborhood every day after work, I find that, when I do, my uphill stints are already becoming easier. So, in other words, I’m seeing progress! To me, many fitness endeavors fail because they are not maintained — often because the goal just does not fit into reality. This stepper, however, is easy to use, easy to remember to use, stares at me every day, gives me a sense of progress and is making me feel better, so it is a fitness tool that works for me, which means I will use it. The best fitness regime on earth is useless, after all, if we are not doing it. I needed something I could use, every day, starting small and working forward. I’ve even scaled back my Bowflex goals to, again, be realistic in what I will do, rather than make great plans about what I wind up not doing, so this has helped me to just get on a better track, overall, in terms of my health. This seems well built, and I have no reason to think it won’t last. And, at fifty bucks, even if it broke down in a year, I’d buy another. Very affordable versus the cost of poor health! If, like me, it’s hard to work a grand fitness scheme into your life, or you’re just getting started on a fitness plan, I think this is an ideal tool. I look forward to the day when I can step for much longer periods than a few minutes at a time, but the great thing is that, over the course of a day, this is helping me build some real health betterment into my life. The most recent studies are showing that periodic fitness adds up to being as effective as dedicated periods of exercise, so this really is a terrific answer for me. Life is not interrupted, and my health is being addressed, which has given me a routine I like, and that I can maintain. Plus, with seeing real progress in losing weight, no, it’s not an overnight sensation, but, again, over time, I am getting healthier, and a few pounds every few weeks adds up over time, to the goal of getting off these extra twenty pounds that are loading me down and impacting my health. For me, this is literally a life saver!Very thankful for this purchase. Highly recommend!

Great addition to my workout routine!
The Sunny Health & Fitness Mini Stepper has been a great addition to my home workout routine. It’s compact and easy to store, which is perfect for my small space. The stepper provides a solid cardio workout and helps tone my legs. I love that it comes with resistance bands for an added upper-body workout. It’s simple to use, and the built-in display helps me keep track of my steps and calories burned. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy, but overall, it’s a fantastic, affordable piece of equipment that has really helped me stay active at home.

Equipment is sturdy but not functioning properly
The resistant pump, even after oiling and greasing makes it harder to use or even adjust with the nob. It’s hard to jeep a consistent pace due to the tightness of the pump. Maybe it’s a faulty machine, but didn’t feel like doing the process of a return, but maybe I should. But as is, it gets the heart rate up and I use it between doing reps when doing my home strength training . You will feel the burn and see the burn when wearing a heart rate monitor. Would give a higher rating if I felt like it was functioning properly. But it’s a solid piece of equipment and simple to assemble. It’s size is compact and convenient for easy storage.Hope this helps.

Top Ten Unsolicited Tips on the Mini Stepper
By Very Unpopular DemandSpitz’s Highly Not Sought After,Top Ten Unsolicited Tips on the Mini Stepper1. LOSSEN THE WHEELa. Loosen the wheel under the stepper as much as possible. It will still be plenty hard to exercise for the foreseeable future.2. STEP HALF WAY DOWNa. In the beginning until your leg muscles strengthen, step about half way down.3. 2000 STEPSa. If you step half way down, you can step about 2000 steps in 20 minutes4. 6 POP SONGS FROM THE 70’Sa. On Pandora, 2000 steps all the way down will equal about 6 pop rock songs from the 70’s (in the Stevie Wonder Genre). I have done this a bunch of times and 6 songs is pretty darn gone reliable.b. I cannot and will not however vouch for the songs from the 80s. I tell people who want to listen to 80’s music, I cannot help you. You are on your own. Good luck..5. 1000 STEPS IF YOU GO ALL THE WAY DOWNa. If you step all the way down, this will cut your steps to about 1000 steps but it will still span across 6 pop rock songs from the 70’s because the songs are a function of time not steps.b. Pretty stupid point, but a point nonetheless.6. VARY ARM MOVEMENTSa. Vary you types of arm movements so you do not build up lactic acid and it does not become drudgery:i. Arm curlsii. Reverse arm curlsiii. Pulling straight upiv. Arms out to the sidev. Arms behind you ( the easiest one and good for a quasi-rest)vi. Also try doing the above movements one arm at a time as well as1. Bring your right hand to your left shoulder (and vice a versa)2. Bring you right hand one foot in front of your left shoulder.b. Bottom line: change or stop arm movement if lactic acid builds up. On the other hand, if you start hallucinating, that is fine. Not only fine but a peak experience.7. COORDINATIONa. So you don’t get the feeling that you are flailing about, I like to coordinate the top of my arm movements with my right foot hitting the bottom of its stride.b. On the other hand , if you like to flail – flailing is indeed often underrated and misunderstood – then ignore this advice.c. Of course you have might chosen to already ignore all my advice and it might be a small miracle if you made it this far.8. COUNTING PATTERNSa. Patternsi. If I am counting to 1000 full steps, then I like to divide it into 4 sets of 250.ii. The I like to lay down tracks by counting to 37 steps for each set.iii. Then I like to take the “head” off of each 250 set and I will count from 190 to 250 4xiv. Then I might count to 37 from 200 to 237 4x and then 67 to 100 4x.v. And on and on like this creating and counting new subsets. It keeps me engaged and amazingly it matches the clock pretty darn close when all my subsets add up to 1000b. Backwards will make forward progress easieri. I also find that psychologically and somehow even physically easier to count backwards than forward, so in lots of my subsets I am counting backwards.c. Seek Helpi. If you find this interesting or worse yet actually following any of this, seek help as soon as possible.9. SMOKING:a. I don’t recommend smoking but if you do smoke, I recommend not smoking while on the mini stepper, unless of course you are making a You Tube Video and you need clicks..b. Then I not only highly recommend it but I request that you tell me if you do because I would like to watch it.10. WALKING YOUR DOGa. The question often comes up is it safe to walk your dog while on the mini stepper?b. You can try it, but eventually your dog will realize that he has not gone anywhere and it could lead to break down in trust.

New stepper, new me!
I used to be a runner. Then I got horrible shin splints and now my running days are behind me. I used to swim for my workout but now that I’m in my 40s, weight is much harder to keep and take off. Swimming wasn’t doing it for me, despite what the internet says. And my body wasn’t changing much. Plus, it took up a lot of time. The pool was far away and I had to get all wet and then take a shower and then dry off…I started going to the gym but realized I hate the gym more than anything. I’m a very solo person by nature. A loud place with lots of people in tight clothes was not for me. Boring boring boring, too. I read that 150 minutes of aerobic activity is key, but you can do it all in one go, or space it out. Since I hated the gym so much, I decided one day to do it all in one go. Maybe Sundays will be gym day.Well I suffered a horrible hip strain from that one workout and now I have bursitis and I’ll tell you: Nothing makes you feel older faster than a hip injury. Getting up out of a chair, I feel like an 85 year old getting up out of a chair. So what now?Well, I decided to try this stepper. I started slow, 15 minutes a day, rest day on Sunday. But man was it challenging for me. I wasn’t even using the resistance bands! And woo boy was I sweaTING afterwards. So I pushed through. I’m 7 pounds lighter now, with more definition in my legs and arms (I added the resistance bands). I use the stepper in the morning for 15 minutes, I watch my Ted talks and my YT educational videos. Then I spend the next fifteen minutes stretching. I feel strong and vital again and my bursitis is starting to wane.Everyone should get a mini stepper. And this particular one is great, no issues. I can’t compare it to anything else, but it’s still holding up after daily use for the past three months. I don’t even bother with the counter or timer, I use a timer on my phone. I do intervals of one minute of slow stepping and using the resistance bands and then three minutes of quick rapid paced stepping. Everyone is getting one for Christmas this year.

Best at home fitness stepper.
Well worth the money and even comes with the Sunnyfit free app with workouts! It holds up any weight well with great resistance. It is so easy to use and has a great range of motion. It is small and very appealing appearance to shove out of the way. It has little to no noise and is so easy to do at home workouts on!

Definitely feel the burn!
I honestly love this machine! I have used it almost every day since getting it. I started doing 10 minuets a day and now i can go for 45 minuets, with a few breaks in between. I keep it in my room and work out right after I wake up or before bed. It’s such a great and easy way to motivate yourself. Bonus that it’s small so it’s easy to push it to the side out of the way and easy to pick up. It’s a bit noisy which is a little annoying, so keep that in mind if you live in apartments. I’d probably put a mat under it. I’ve only had it for about 3-4ish weeks and I’m noticing differences in my body already!

Just got mine….i was very surprised how sturdy it was…also very challenging. For my heart pumping almost immediately. Instructions say to use it for 15 min at a time then let it rest for 30 in between. Love it so far.

Great workout
I am very happy with my mini stepper. It’s small and compact. You can move it from room to room. Videos on utube to workout with if you want. I would recommend it. Comes already assembled.

I was skeptical at first
I was skeptical to order this at first, but once I figured out how to put it together, I immediately started using it and I really enjoyed it. I placed it in front of my television so that I can use it while watching tv. The bands are great and easy to use. I found it to be quiet and not stiff at all. I am enjoying it so far and in a few short minutes it gives me a great workout.

Perfect to get those extra steps in
This is a very sturdy product and is great to use while watching tv so we aren’t just sitting around at night. Use it every day between 15-45 min. Perfect size for “stashing” away as well.

It’s definitely a good buy!
I don’t normally leave reviews, but this is exactly what I needed! I wanted a compact, cardio piece of equipment that would fit in the limited space I have and still get my heart burning. I usually go to the gym for the Peloton or the treadmill, but have limited time in the morning and wanted something I could use at home. So long as you have decent proprioception and the ability to balance yourself, this does the job! My heart easily gets in the 120’s to 130’s (which is no easy feat for me), and it doesn’t take up half my garage or act as an eyesore in my living room.

amazing quality
I have lost weight using this product and it is GREAT for balance awareness as we age. I highly recommend this product as something to do to keep moving if you are very sedentary. I love to take it with me to work too and I use it watching movies .

It’s Mini and I Love It
I replaced an old stepper (that had lost its tension) with this new Mini stepper. Love the new stepper! It is small, light weight, and easy to move. But it’s powerful and I feel like I’m getting a workout again. It’s nice to have arm bands included, they are somewhat adjustable, but I haven’t tried them yet. This Mini stepper is already assembled. Per the instructions, I removed it from the box, verified certain parts were correctly positioned, and tightened one knob that was already in place. The arm bands are easy to attach. So far I think this is a terrific product for the price. Very happy with it. Additional Note: Per the instructions, the maximum use time on this mini stepper is 15 minutes per session. It then needs about 30 minutes to cool off, before it can be used again. This is not an issue for me. I’m still getting a great workout.

Great workout!
This little machine is very compact and easy to use. You definitely get your heart pumping in just a few minutes! I would caution users to be careful though, if you lean back after you’ve stepped all the way down, the machine lifts off the floor. I got this to get some easy exercise while pregnant and it is definitely helping me without straining my stomach (even too much walking hurts my lower tummy now). I only use it for 5 minutes at a time so I do not strain myself, but I am looking forward to getting up to 20 minutes a day for some good cardio! My legs already start burning after a few minutes. So happy with this purchase!

Easy to use
I just wanted something that gave me some movement but wasn’t expensive or bulky and this was it. I think it gives me a good workout and I love that it’s easy to use and you can do your arms and legs with it. The only thing I don’t like is that you can’t adjust the resistance of the arm bands or the steps. Starting out I would like not as much resistance as this gives but I made it work. It’s small so it hides away and is easy to move around. Overall I like this product and would recommend it

Shoe sizes may not fit everyone.
I wear a 9.5 men’s shoe, if it were any bigger my feet would be hanging off the steps. My biggest concern with this stepper was being tall and clumsy. The gripping of the steps is excellent and I don’t feel wobbly at all as this thing is pretty darn sturdy! The workout itself is pretty intense, I had to take a break after 6 minutes but I’m also out of shape so there is that.

Stair stepper
I like the idea of this product but it’s too tight, I haven’t been able to get it looser to where you can do like a quick step. It’s more of a slow motion stepper, very good quality I was just hoping to work up a sweat and that will not be happening here. Still gives the legs a good work out if you have the time

Compact, lightweight, and ready to go!
I had another Sunny twister stepper since 2020, and it finally broke as I was stepping. I immediately went back to Amazon to buy a replacement, which was delivered 12 hours later! I’ve already used my mini stepper 3 times, and absolutely love the smooth pedaling, and how easy it was to get started with my cardio workout. It honestly is 100% assembled and ready to use, right out the box. Its so compact and way less bulky than my last one. This stepper is accessible in price and portability, and is low impact. Sturdy packaging, instructions, arm pullies, and a Thank you card are some of the other attributes that make me love Sunny. I look forward to getting a lot of use out of this!

Works as expected
This is the perfect item to give my legs more of a workout, outside my under desk, treadmill during my workday. There is no tensioner for the steps, and mine seem is really tight in moving the hydraulic lifts/shocks. I I start to get out of breath and winded, and just anI start to get out of breath and winded in just a couple minutes. I push myself to five and then stop. As the days and weeks go on, I will push myself to go longer. But since I just got it and I’m on day two, I will take it easy so I do not injure myself. I don’t know if the hardness to move the steps is because it’s new, or if this is exactly how it’s supposed to be. I do not find any way to change how hard it is to move the steps. You can only change how high the steps actually come up. The recommended usage is 3x a week for 10-15 minutes. If yours is as tight in the shocks is mine is, I definitely would not go over three times a week. The one I read who does this for five times a week around 20 minutes is a bit much to me. We do not need to work ourselves out to death to be healthy. Work yourself out in moderation and just ensure that you’re moving each day, and doing some strength training.

Works!
I have been using the steps consistently for over a month and I can feel the difference in my legs! Definitely need to be consistent and it’s a bit hard at first but the more you do it, the easier it gets. The bands add to the workout and really gets you sweating

Lovely, but hurts my knees
I really wanted to love this. I think the close stance makes my knees hurt. This could just be a personal problem, but I had to return it

Great Product
This mini stepper is great for small spaces and a good workout.Do note you can only use this stepper 15 minutes at a time because it will get hot and may break if you use it longer. However, this is not like going on a walk and is less of a “stepper” and feels more like a stair climber which is exactly what I was looking for. This is no walk in the park it is a good hard workout!

Great addition to home workout
I love this light weight stepper! It’s pretty quiet and easy to pick up and move where ever you want! It preforms well – I’m 5’6 and 135lbs and have no issues with it at all!
