Stealth vs. Black
4 stars due to color misrepresentation and temperature only showing increase/decrease trends – not actual values.I heavily debated between stealth and black before ordering and decided on stealth but was disappointed with the color when it arrived and ordered black to compare. In person, stealth is definitely more of a dark gray color and not pure matte black like the product photos depict. However, while I like the appearance of the black one more, the material feels slightly sticky between my fingers which would constantly annoy me. I ended up keeping stealth. Also slightly disappointed that the temperature readings only show an averaged increase/decrease percentage, not the actual values, but can live with this.

Hi tech in a low comfort package
All the tracking and data collection presentation is super useful. I find it to be extremely accurate, but to achieve this accuracy, you sacrifice comfort. My only available finger is my right ring finger. The test fit kit indicated size 9 was for me. Size 10 would have been too loose, causing gaps in the data. Size 9 is tight over the knuckle, but less than snug on the finger. Removal is difficult without soap or other lube. 9.5 might have been better, if available, but then the OD would also have been larger. The fit while in place is comfortable on the finger, but adjacent fingers can feel the thickness of the ring. That’s noticeable but not annoying. I think Oura is currently at the limit of what tech they can fit in the ring without further increasing the OD. Maybe by Gen 4/5/6 they’ll make a thinner-walled ring, and include half sizes. Then they’d have a 5 star winner.

worth it
The data this ring gives you is absolutely amazing. Its a beautiful ring that can tell you almost any health data you want to know. it also syncs with so many other apps for uses of the ring like tempurature checks. I couldn’t recommend this ring more. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it scratches so easily. Within 24 hours of wearing the ring I already had a scratch and it only gets worse from there. The material is really really soft and will even get scratched on plastic.

Monitor and Improve Your Health with Oura Ring Gen3
The Oura Ring Gen3 Horizon has been a lifesaver for me. Recently, I was struggling with my sleep, and as a Mother’s Day gift, my husband bought me this ring out of concern for my health, as I was falling asleep only hours after waking up. Since I started using this ring, my sleep has improved significantly. It allows me to monitor my REM and deep sleep, although I still struggle with restfulness. However, I’ve managed to improve my sleep patterns, leading to an overall enhancement in sleep quality. The pros of this ring include its impressive battery life, as well as its ability to track my stress levels, physical activity, and sleep. One drawback is its size – it’s quite large. In fact, my co-workers mistook it for my husband’s wedding ring on my finger. I wish there was a smaller and more fashionable option available that could still track all the same data. This ring was so effective that both my husband and son ended up purchasing it as well. I highly recommend this product.

this ring found a medical issue I never knew I had
I purchased the Oura ring because I was not sleeping that well and wanted more information. The ring was easy to set up and was giving me good data on how much sleep I got and in what areas. I noticed that my heart rate was going up when I slept instead of the other way around. I tracked it for several weeks and attempted to get more sleep .. go to bed earlier.. darken my room..etc. It still remained high and there were some gaps in my data which indicates there could be an issue. I had an apt with primary care and told them this .. they ordered a sleep study and cardiology referral. Right around this time my heart rate started increasing during day and I wound up in the ER. The app on my phone was alerting me that my heart rate was up and that I was very stressed. Long story short, I have been diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse with moderate to severe regurgitation and may need a procedure to fix.. I am still going through testing. If it was not for this ring, I would not have known about my sleeping heart rate and would have just thought I was overly exhausted. I now have to check my heart rate and blood pressure etc and the ring is pretty darn accurate. And in my case, it alerted me to a medical issue that was brewing that I knew nothing about. The app is very easy to use and the set up is very easy. I do not feel I am very technical and I find it very easy to use. Currently I am just walking for exercise and the ring tracks my heart rate and how long I walk / distance etc. I would rate this ring 10 stars if I could!

LOVE THIS
I have been very interested in Oura rings for years, but couldn’t bring myself to purchase one because of the price. When I heard that they were eligible to use with your health savings card, that made it a lot easier for me to be able to spend the money. As soon as they became available on Amazon, I immediately purchased one. I have been so happy with my purchase so far!I got the gold ring to match with my other gold jewelry and I get compliments on it as a ring, and people are so surprised when I tell them that it is actually a health and wellness tracker.I’ve learned so much about my sleep and what I can do to improve the quality of my sleep to make sure that I have enough energy the next day. I also have an auto immune disorder that makes me very tired, so sleep tracking is very important to me.It also tracks workouts which is another thing that’s important to me since I want to make sure that I am moving my body enough throughout the day. If you’re sitting for a long period of time, like I do working at a desk from 9 to 5, it gives you notification throughout the day to remind you to get up and move around. It also tracks your amount of energy during the day. For example, if you really worked really hard the day before and didn’t get much sleep, it will tell you to prioritize rest and recovery. However, if you had a restful day the day before and got a lot of sleep it will encourage you to move more since you will have more energy. This sounds like simple information, but you would be surprised how your body works when you’re under stress, or not even paying attention to things that you do throughout the day that could affect the way that you feel.I am a very data driven person (in my personal and professional life) so I really like that Oura gives you specific data about different areas of sleep, activity, readiness and resilience. I’ve learned so much more about my own personal health and wellness. I would recommend this ring to anyone and everyone!

Does what it says on the tin
I don’t like wearing things around my wrist, so I had basically written off the whole fitness tracker thing. This does a great job of giving me all the biodata I need without being super intrusive. It does everything on its own, so you just check it whenever you feel like it. I haven’t had issues with the battery at all, but I charge it when I shower every day. It works great on alternate fingers also, if you want to switch hands or wear it on the middle finger when. I haven’t noticed any difference in the data, so if it’s off, it balances out.

Ring
I’m totally obsessed with this purchase! It looks gorgeous in rose gold. I love love love all the information! I didn’t want an Apple Watch! I have enough distractions. This tracks so much better!! I’m thrilled to death with this purchase. I’m not at all a fitness freak either!

Great product, but bulky for a female hand
I love the features of the ring, I think it’s worth the price for what you get out of it. My only complaint is that I find the ring uncomfortable to wear all the time. I was hoping I could wear it and forget about it, but it’s a bit bulky for me. I find myself taking it off to let my finger air out a couple times a day. It’s worth the purchase, I just wish it was a bit less chunky of a ring.

Definitely pricy.. I do not like the subscription. I love the idea that it’s a ring, so you kinda of forget it’s there. When i’m wearing a watch, i can’t stand put it on over 2 hours

So functional!
I’ve had the Oura ring for a month now and I love it so much! I had wanted this ring since it first came out but could never afford it. Now that you can use your FSA/HSA, it is possible. Since I used mine, I went with my favorite color rose gold. The color itself is gorgeous but not a true rose gold. It’s more of a true gold. Doesn’t matter because it’s beautiful and so functional. I look forward to waking up and checking my stats on the app. It is so accurate too! I thought I was getting a bit sick one day and it told me to take it easy so it picked up on the changes within my body. The sleep tracking is what I mainly got the ring for. I have trouble tossing and turning all night and this ring picks up on my sleep cycles. It will give suggestions of when you should go to sleep to get a better night’s rest. It is pretty comfortable to sleep with as well. Doesn’t bother me at all.Choosing the right size of ring is very important. Since our fingers do tend to swell in our sleep and with the weather. I recommend sizing up. I usually wear a size 8 but with the sizing kit, I found I had to size up to a 9. Even when my finger has swelled, it’s not uncomfortable at least for me.I have seen a lot of people being put off on the monthly subscription. Although it would be nice not to have to pay for one, I don’t mind it.As far as the work out option, I haven’t gotten a chance to test it. I do feel it needs better options to choose from with the workout options they have. If it were more like the options on my Apple Watch, it would make it even better. I also feel the period tracking could be better. It’s very basic. Just lets you choose a start date and your flow. This is what I wish Oura could put more effort into tweaking on the app. Its period predictability is pretty spot on. But why should we have to use a separate app if we want to get a more detailed breakdown of our menstrual cycle?I know there are other competitors with more reasonable pricing but Oura really is the way to go. I was able to easily put in my order here and got it the next day! Don’t order through the Oura site though. I had an order on their site that was taking forever to get any updates on my order and as it turns out, they were so backed up because they were busy fulfilling their Amazon contract. So just cancelled with them and ordered here and it worked out. If you’re debating on getting one, just do it!

Fashionable and provides fascinating health and fitness insights
I was really hesitant to purchase this product, mainly because of the high price point and the subscription based mobile app. While I do understand people’s hesitation with the subscription model, I feel like the ring has helped me a lot in the short time I’ve had it. It seems to be surprisingly accurate in it’s sleep tracking, heart rate monitoring and fitness tracking and I often compare it against my apple watch to see if it compiles similar data. When it comes to sleep, the Oura ring has helped me to develop routines that make for a good night’s sleep and gives me valuable insight into my quality of sleep as well. I don’t like wearing my apple watch to bed, nor while I am lounging around the house so the ring has been great to help me keep track of things like my steps, calories burned etc. and offers reminders to stand up and move around. The biggest drawback to this product for me has been the size, I have the largest size and it is slightly too small for me. I am a larger guy and the size 13 would fit better if it was ever so slightly larger but most of the time it isn’t a problem… except for when I sleep. My fingers swell a little bit at night time, which leads to me waking up from discomfort cause by the Oura ring and I find myself switching it back and fourth between my index and ring finger throughout the night. I did wear the sizer for a full 24 hours as recommended but the actual ring feels very different from the 3D printed sizers. I am making it work due to the fantastic data it collects.Overall, I highly recommend this product!

Healthy sleeping
I have been using the Oura for a long time. Recently sold my Heritage and bought the Horizon which has a way better overall look. Yes, it’s $5.99 per month, but that is worth it when it provides insights into my health and promotes healthier sleeping habits. Maybe I’ll have one less Starbucks trip each month and save some calories! Also, it made me realize just how bad alcohol can be especially when I’ve had more than just a couple. Recently, I decided to take a month off from drinking, and my resting heart rate at night has gone from the mid to high 60s to the mid to high 50s. That tells me while it might feel nice to have some drinks and take the edge off, it isn’t doing my health any good. Nor my sleep. Oura is the most accurate sleep tracker in the market and has been proven when tested in labs, so I do trust the data when looking at my REM sleep, deep sleep, and my light sleep. As for the activities, I don’t think you can look at the number of steps and be certain – I also wear a Fitbit and I trust my steps on that – and my Oura usually gives me credit for way more steps than I actually take. But over time, it gets to know you better, and now I think the steps are more accurate than when I first bought it. And it’s starting to recognize the right activities – like swimming, cycling, and so on.Overall, this ring lets me know when I’m getting sick, just how terrible alcohol is for me when drinking at night, and has provided some valuable insights that’s allowed me to change some of my bad habits.

Love, but could be better.
The Oura ring is AMAZING. I love wearing rings and how the Oura is multi functional. I wear it everyday and it lasts for almost a week without a charge. I enjoy looking at my sleep statistics, however, the accuracy still has some improving to do. I have narcolepsy so naturally I fall asleep and hit REM extremely quick. The ring is often inaccurate about when I fall asleep and my sleep cycles. I am addicted to it though and cannot wait for it to improve. But, very pricey for the color difference and don’t think you should have to pay for a monthly subscription.

Amazing for general wellness monitoring
This Gen3 Oura Ring really is remarkable– it manages to track most of the common wellness indicators, but in a small, fairly comfortable ring that has good battery life. The app is also really fantastic, filled with helping virtual coaching info for sleep, rest, recovery, balance, resilience, and such. Certainly, this is not so much of a hard-core fitness tool as a health and wellness one: more of the emphasis is on improving overall well-being and fitness over time, rather than monitoring workouts. For me, it’s ideal. And the app is so good that I don’t really mind the small monthly subscription after 30 days (about the price of a coffee drink with tip these days!).

Just buy it!
I have been wanting to purchase and oura ring for over a year and I finally treated myself and I am in love!! I have tested it against my Apple Watch and it is so much more accurate. All the data points are so helpful for me to live the most optimal and I’m learning so much about my body and what it needs and doing better every day! 100% worth the investment if you want to elevate your health. I cannot stop telling everyone about it because I am so impressed with it and the batter lasts for several days before needing to charge unlike my watch I have to charge every night. 10/10 recommend

Slightly disappointed
I wanted to try the oura ring since my apple watch is like a series 3 from like 2018. After all the hype I gave the oura ring a try. Heres where I liked about it: Long battery life, sleep tracking is really great, not bulky and fits well. I was also interested in the temp tracking which I wanted to use to track my cycles better.Heres what I didn’t like and my thoughts. The rings can be exspensive. I initally wanted gold but its almost twice the price of silver. The functionality is the same between the two – but they say the materials for gold is the reason why the price is so high. I opted for silver instead.I found myself missing the utility of my watch. With your ring you can’t tell time, you can’t use it to find your phone, can’t make payments, answer your phone, etc. But also I was disappointed in what oura had to offer. The temp tracking was not quantitative data – it just tells you +/- from your baseline. I was really disappointed with this. I know that the ring can detect patterns and let you know when you might be getting sick, etc. but within the app I wasn’t satisfied with this.Oura is not accepted anywhere for motion tracking/fitness tracking, so you miss out on other apps, etc. where you would need to sync up your tracker.Although it detects walking, running, and cycling very well – that’s about it. You can live record only those three (indoor/outdoor) – and any other kind of workout you have to add to your activity after the thought. but just adding it what you did and for how long. I didn’t like this. They also use a tagging feature – which I understand but feels like its too much effort.Yes you get slightly more detailed biometric data, but I felt the app was kind of lackluster. The interface is nice but felt lacking and slightly overwhelming all at the same time. They do a good job noting optimal levels vs where you need to pay attention, but that’s really about it.I will likely return my Oura ring and get a new apple watch. I was initally really only wanted to try oura for the temp tracking and cycling tracking, but I don’t like how the temp tracking is done, and there is virtually nothing for cycle tracking aside from just marking when your cycle starts. You also have to pay for an oura subscription and if you wanted more in depth cycle tracking – pay for natural cycles (not required but they partner together). With the newer apple wathces you can now get everything that oura offers, plus the utility of watch, phone, and payment system – and with new features like temp tracking and etc. you can get more out of the already built in apple apps. And then you can download apps where you might need to fill in the gaps.

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY
I want to start out by saying that this in no way is a fitness tracker, if you are into fitness in any way and have an Apple Watch continue to use your Apple Watch. If you are curious about your sleep, stress, your period cycle I would say this is a good purchase, and get the ring sizing kit. Also make sure you check with your insurance provider — they might just cover this.1. Sleep- this really goes into detail about how much lite, deep, and REM sleep, this also calculates how long it takes you to fall asleep, your movements throughout the night, a part of this calculates your readiness (will talk about that at the end)2. Live Heart Rate – this along with the “daytime stress feature (will do into that on 3), you can actually monitor your heart rate and do a “live” heart rate and actually feel the beats per minute, it calculates your HR in 30 minute increments. This will measure your HR at night (and it kinda calls you out if you have an elevated HR from drinking alcohol)3. Daytime stress – the app/ ring is able to calculate your HR based on stress (this will take a couple of weeks to figure out). It tells me when I’m in relaxed, engaged and stress stage, and the restored stage (how long it will take you to recover from being stressed) this has really been helpful for me especially since working from home. This plays into your Rediness score.4. Cycle Insights / Natural cycle- Ladies this one is for you if you are looking to come off hormonal birth control and/or looking to start a family or if you’re honestly just curious. I will say the more data that you provide the app on your last 6 periods the better it has predicting (but no worries if you don’t know it) will talk about the natural cycles app in a few. This will take your body temperature every day and create a graph, when you download the natural cycles app (which btw pairs wonderfully with the Oura ring) every morning you will open up the Oura ring app and allow everything to sync then it will transfer that data to your natural cycles app. There you will have Green Day’s ( your safe days for s*x), and red days when it’s not safe (unless looking to start a family I’m sure yours will be very different from mine). This will predict days of ovulation based on your body temp. And your est. next cycle. You will then fill out this form it will ask you if you’ve had s*x, bleeding (for period), LH test, ovulation symptoms and your overall “how are you feeling”. The more information you give the app the better.5. Your Readiness Score – basically everything I talked about sleep, HR, temperature, “activity” even though I don’t use it. I put my Apple Watch information into it” your stress, this calculates everything and gives you a readiness score to take on your day. It may give you advice to relax, call you out on your drinking “hey your HR was elevated did you consume alcohol or have a late light snack” sometimes it can tell you that you might be coming down with something, or that you can take the day on.I will say there are CONS— it’s a wellness ring, not a fitness ring. The app…… it’s $5.99 a month… for a ring that you pay $350 based on the ring and finish. Kind of annoying. This does scuff pretty easy (so if you wear this while working out get a ring protector). However the Pro’s outweigh the cons…. I’m able to learn a lot about my sleep I’ve got some PTSD/ insomnia from the military. I’ve been able to learn a lot about my stress and period tracking. I think this was very much worth the purchase (I did hold off for a year).

I really like the oura ring!
I’ve had fitbits (4 of them), Apple watch (2 of them), and Amazon Halo (now defunct and missed) and i think I like the Oura best. It’s actually quite different from the other fitness/health devices I’ve used because of the metrics used and the emphasis on stress and overall health, instead of just focusing on getting the fitness goal.I particularly like how it recommends reducing activity goals (and adjusts them) depending on sleep, accumulated stress, etc. you can also tell the app when you’re not feeling well and adjusts the goals and recommendations accordingly.Of course you can still track your calorie burn, steps/distance, and add various workouts by type. There is a monthly sub but it’s cheap and I don’t mind, as it helps support development and I like the metrics provided.

VERY GOOD – BETTER THAN THE FITBIT WATCH
The Fitbit Luxe watch I previously ordered was reading my awake time in bed as sleep, but the Oura Ring registers it as awake time in bed, so, unlike that Fitbit watch recognizes sleep-onset latency. It measures steps and miles walked accurately. It knows when I am walking and when I’m at rest. It relieved my anxiety concerning sleep. It showed me that I’m sleeping more than I am. I improved my sleep with the help of it and by keeping a sleep log and following the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia. It motivates me to practice good sleep hygiene and exercise daily. It recognizes somehow accurately when I am dreaming, because when I wake up from dreams, it tells me I was dreaming (in REM sleep) just before I woke up. It might not be 100% accurate on everything, but it’s likely at least 80 – 90% accurate. So in spite of its steep price, I am happy with it.

Love the data-not good for working out
Only thing that I took off a star for is the way it scuffs/ discomfort when lifting weights. I even tried a silicone barrier ring to wear with it, but still scratches so easily. I just have to take it off to workout now because the ring hurt my grip so bad with a heavy barbell. Otherwise, love the function and the data.

Easy to wear and love the health data formatting
Really missed wearing my regular watch, so migrated to the Oura ring. Not only do I get to wear my non-smart watch, but the data Oura provides is formatted in a way that really focuses on my overall health, not just steps or heart rate. Great value for the money—wish I’d switched long ago.

My favorite fitness tracker
I know this one is expensive BUT you can use your FSA or HSA account to purchase AND it’s extremely comfortable and accurate. I have been wearing mine for almost a month and I am very pleased with my purchase. I love that it tracks my sleep and my stress levels. It’s easy to set up, stays charged for a long time, is comfortable, and looks great. I used a Fitbit for YEARS and it doesn’t touch the Oura. The most accurate, stylish, and comfortable tracker on the market IMO.

Good investment for those who utilize all it has to offer
First off, I can see why people throw a lot of hate and negative comments towards a ring. But like some other reviewers have stated, it offers convenience, style & better statistics and insight.I will say a few things:1. If you don’t plan on utilizing all the stats the app/ring offers, I don’t think it’s worth your money. I use this MAINLY for my body temp and for charting. I’ve been following the natural family planning for years and so I chart as well as keep track of bodily changes to determine my fertile window. The ring takes my temp every morning without me having to manually do it. This is convenient for me since I just had a baby.2. I personally never liked wearing my Apple Watch with certain outfits. There would be times I wanted it to keep count of my steps but would go for a night out in something feminine and took my watch off because it threw off my outfit. A ring just looks much better and flattering3. I love the insight it gives. It indicates when your levels/scores are low which can sometimes lead to you being sick, etc. you can see what times of the day you’re mostly stressed out (for me, 9-12 in the morning is when my levels are at it’s peak). It also gives recommendations on what to do to help get you back into a better stateOverall, if you feel like you’re not going to like it or you can see yourself already complaining about it, chances are you probably won’t get the best use out of this ring & I would say to save your money. However, if you feel like you will benefit from all the insights then I say give it a shot.

Love love love – perfect!
I have used my Oura ring for four months and I love it! Different from my Apple Watch, Oura priorities rest/recovery. I love that it gives me insights into my cycle, heart rate, and overall health too! If you are interested in learning more about your overall wellness, Oura is great!I recommend using the sizing kit to find your ring size! It varies from your typical size.

Worth the cost
I truly love my oura ring. It does so much and gives me so much insight to my health. The period prediction is basically spot on. I wear a size 7 ring normally and ordered an 8 which is perfect for my ring finger but my hope is eventually it’ll fit on my index finger. It stays charged for about 4 days for me and truly is worth what you’re paying for.

Review of ring + Apple Watch together
I debated a long time buying this because I have been an Apple Watch user for years and it doesn’t necessarily do anything the watch doesn’t. Plus, the app cost on top of something same cost/more than the watch. But, I was wrong. I now wear both, and I realize how that looks, but I feel I get advantages from both devices. My main question was, any issues with double counting? Nope. You can pick which device you want to take priority but it won’t count from both without you doing a single thing to change your settings.Next, why add Oura if you are tracking vitals? The scoring. I didn’t understand how much value comes from getting a score with actionable feedback. Instead of just vaguely looking at how I slept and trying to close my rings, I get a more holistic view that feels really accurate. I caught a cold my second week with the thing and it’s really interesting to see all my stats take a nose dive. And that rest mode was a nice option then! Also appreciate the tags feature, it’s so simple because it ties directly in with everything and it’s so fast to do. I have tried many symptom and habit trackers but this one actually works. The down side? Mostly, size. I am a petite woman with small hands and it definitely takes some getting used to with the thickness. Fortunately I’m a lefty so it’s natural for me to wear it on the hand without my wedding rings.Second is the fact that it will import workouts from Apple, but not your heart rate numbers. I thought I could get around wearing the ring working out with that but now I usually wear both. But that is a software thing so maybe it’ll come someday! All in all, I like the feedback it gives me, but there are things about the watch I don’t want to let go, so I’m sticking with both. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you like tracking your health and want a little premium level coaching!

Not Smart Enough for me
I really wanted this to work for me.Pros: The company offers a ring fit set so you can make sure you order the right size. The account setup was easy. Has a subscription for more insights.Cons: Expensive for the little biometrics that it offers. The focus is your heart function with a few other bios but I can get that and more from my watch. I kept a diary of how the ‘spot on’ the ring was doing and it failed. The stress bios was wrong 65% of the time. While the sleep shows levels of light, REM and deep sleep. I had a night of restlessness and it still graded my sleep at 85%. Overall readiness; just fluff.Add how your blood insulin is effected by the food you eat (real time). Track how the level of my work out is optimal for my heart. Remind me when I need to drink water.

LOVE IT!!
My main reason for wanting one was the sleep tracking. I kept saying I wanted to feel validated with data in the morning when I still felt tired. I love waking up each morning and seeing all the data of how I slept. The fitness and heart analytics are also super cool to see. I know a lot of people who complain about the membership, but I feel it’s 100% worth it! Would buy one for every family member if I could lol

Great alternative to a smart watch for fitness tracking
I have fallen in love with this ring. It took about a day to get used to and now I forget I am even wearing it. The battery life is great and it is more accurate than my previous smart watch tracker. I still have my Galaxy Watch, but only wear it when leaving the house for notifications. Not sleeping with a bulky watch has also increased my quality of sleep so can’t complain there. I am not happy about the subscription, but I get it. Don’t like it, but understand… as long as it stays reasonable.

Love my Oura
I love my Oura ring. It is so stylish and discreet. Many people who do not know the product have no idea it is an activity tractor. I have gotten 3 more friends to buy one just from me raving about it. The only complaint I have is when it comes to tracking a workout there are only five options, none of which are for yoga, which I do 4x a week. I have figured out that if I mark my workout as “indoor cycling” it is the closest to tracking my hot power yoga workouts in regards to calories burned and HR, when compared to my old Apple Watch. Per Reddit I am not the only person who isn’t loving this one issue with Oura. I have read that Oura plans to make updates to fix this issue though. Besides this the ring is awesome. It has greatly helped my overall health when it comes to sleep and recovery.

Wish it tracked O2 levels
I got this to wear at night. I have my Apple Watch that I wear all teh time but it needs to charge at night. I was hoping that I would be able to check my Oxygen Saturation throughout the night or whenever I wanted to like I can with my watch. Unfortunately that is not the case. Don’t get me wrong, this is a great ring adn measures just about everything else and is highly accurate as far as when you are in bed, when you actually go to sleep and anytime that you wake up during the night. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to know more about their sleep patterns. Well worth the money but it does have its limitations.

Useful for monitoring health and wellbeing
I first purchased the size kit for this item and I do not recommend purchasing unless you do the same (cost of sizing kit is deducted from purchase price). Fit is comfortable, even for sleeping. I bought this based on reviews, and while I also use an Apple Watch to help monitor my health and wellbeing, the Oura offers some different features. I have notifications set up on my phone. The ring is easy to charge and the battery life is great-lasts a week or so on a full charge and it charges quickly. It has been durable and I see no scratches even though I have worn it while gardening, biking, etc. It performs well and I feel that the data is provides, as well as the prompts I receive from my phone notifications make this a great value.

Nice Polished Silver Smart Ring
Just connected, Fit is ok Connected easily to my IPhone Too early to judge performance but has many advantages. Eager to use and see how this works out for me after 3 weeks, very pleased Excellent results I find though that my battery needs changing after about 4 days.

Amazing tool for monitoring health
Not only does the ring accurately measure a ton of useful metrics the app itself provides insights and feedback as well as guidance and recommendations

Great product, good privacy if you take a few steps
The app for this ring is amazing, great features and really useful data. My favorite thing though is that it is very privacy friendly, if you take a few steps. Almost all apps and smart devices now require the ability to phone home with telemetry and your info to their servers. This device’s app only required access to the internet when I first set it up. After that I denied it network access and it has functioned 100% without issue. That kind of blew me away, normally that would break the app since almost everything out there is about getting your data so they can sell it, but this actually allows you to prevent that after the initial install. Some notes:You must allow full, unfiltered internet access when setting the ring up for the first time, you can’t block trackers or anything like that or it won’t function. I tried it while blocking trackers and it failed to function. After that initial pairing when your ring is connected to your phone, you can then disable network access and deny other permissions. You still get full app functionality without network access. I can’t stress enough how rare that is in today’s world.

I love my oura ring!
Fantastic so far. Has all the stats and more than the apple watch. Plus was easier to wear and battery lasts much longer. I slept with it for the first time and it didn’t bother me at all.

Absolutely love!
Absolutely love my Oura ring, I wear everyday and appreciate the insights I give. It does get scratched easily, but other than that I feel it’s pretty durable. I like it way more than my Apple Watch because it has better insights and a cuter accessory to wear. I ordered from Amazon and got it in two days opposed to ordering from Oura because their website was backed up super far.

Revolutionizing Biogacking
Oura bands are the best health rings out there today. For those who prefer using an actual watch but need a health monitor, get Oura. The app is so well designed and the stats are so accurate. I have been experimenting with wearable rings for over 2 months now and can say with certainty that Oura is a good product.

Nothing else to say other than my sleep and fitness have been tremendously better since wearing this ring! I have had an apple watch but love the look of the ring and style compared to the watch!

Great if you love biometrics!
I’ve had this ring for a couple weeks now and love it! The only downside is that it scratches VERY easily. So I would recommend getting a silicone cover for it.

LOVE IT. OBSESSED.
okay so I am absolutely obsessed with the oura ring. I got the color rose gold, originally I had silver because it was the cheapest but decided ultimately to return that one and chose to get this rose gold! The rose gold seems like more of a true gold, but nonetheless it’s beautiful and to me it looks less bulky than if you go with regular silver. I think they have so much potential to continue to grow the capabilities of this ring. Definitely not scratch resistant though so just gotta be careful with it or purchase a cover!

So far very impressed
Le’t start with the elephant in the room. YES you do have to pay a monthly subscription. Get over it. The last I checked ALL streaming services charge you by the month or the year. That’s the way the world works these days so get over it.Now moving on. I’m hugely impresssed with what this little ring can do and the sleep tracking is very accurate. The ability to track my movements from exercise to walking is also really great but I wish it didn’t ask me to “confirm” every thing when I open the app. It does need charging about every 3-4 days but it’s super quick. Drop it on the charger while you eat dinner and watch a program and it’s done charging. I’m not rating it for durability because I just don’t know yet. After 2 months it’s holding up just fine but I may come back and rerate this depending on how long it does go. I will say for the price I’m hoping to get 3 years so anything short of that will be disappointing. But overall I would say if you like new tech and if you don’t want to wear a watch to bed this thing is pretty cool.

It delivers all that is promised
Great fit. You MUST ask for the sizing kit before purchasing. It is light, very light. You tend to forget you are wearing it. Solid construction. Nice finishing. Software is awesome if you have the subscription. If you can pay for it, this is the one yo go with.

Love love love it
I got this Oura ring due to high influence by my friends. I was skeptical at first but I love it. It gives me so much information on myself I had no idea about. I also use it to track my cycle as in not on bc. It has been great with that too. You definitely get a great quality ring for the price and it is so comfortable. I have had this ring (gold horizon) for 3+ months and I don’t see any scratches on it at all. Battery life lasts 3/4 days and it connects easily to my phone. You just open your app in the am and it will download your sleep info and gives you your readiness score. I love it.

So far…
So far… it feels light and kinda cheap. For the ridiculous price I was expecting a heavier metal feeling ring. I wanted the rose gold, but absolutely would not pay that much. I got the silver. It feels plastic… I’m going to give it the benefit of the doubt and see if it tracks my sleep well for me. I’ll update if needed. I definitely think they need to make a more feminine ring for women, like thinner and daintier. This is very wide and just not pretty at all. I mainly bought it to track my sleep so I’ll see how it does. It’s also bs that you have to pay for the app yearly or monthly, especially after buying such a damn expensive ring.

Works great!
I have had this Oura ring for about 2 months now. I purchased the Horizon brushed titanium and I love it! I hesitated to buy it for the longest time because of the price, but finally decided it may be worth it for many reasons. It tracks your HRV (heart rate variability), the duration of your sleep, body temperature and blood oxygen levels. It gives you daily scores in relation to your sleep duration and patterns, activity and readiness for each day, as well as a tally of your active calories burned and a daily activity goal according to your previous daily tracked records. It also gives you a readout of your stress levels, resilience and a symptom tracker for monitoring your health and provides daily recommendations for improving future sleep and health, all based on your individual daily activity levels and reportsI would recommend using the Oura ring sizing kit before ordering your ring, as the Oura ring sizes seem to run a lot smaller than traditioanal ring sizing. I ordered the Gen3 ring and love the look of it. It was expensive, but I am grateful for the various daily reports and personalized recommendations for better health and rest.

Definitely NOT good for sleep
Most of the other features I don’t feel correspond to how I’m actually feeling like stress. I also don’t understand how it gets numbers for resilience etc.But by far the worst feature for me is the sleep estimates. As a lifelong insomniac, I know how much sleep I get when I wake up. The ring is never accurate. Last night it says I got 8 hours and 10 minutes. But I woke up feeling like a train hit me, headache, nauseous, and my brain fogged so much it was like thinking through molasses. That happens when I’ve had less than 2 hours of sleep. I don’t think it takes broken sleep into account either. Often it says my sleep is “optimal” when I’ve spent the whole night waking up every half hour. It often reads that I’m asleep when I know I’m not, like when I’m in bed reading.

Great for sleep tracking, heart rate, and steps.
I purchased the Oura ring so that I could monitor my sleep habits, my heart rate and steps. So far I have enjoyed wearing the ring. I currently own an Iwatch and the ring is much more comfortable when sleeping. I also feel that the sleep data is more accurate on the Ring than on the Iwatch. I have to say that many people have stated that the activity / steps don’t record correctly but I haven’t had a problem thus far.I strongly encourage anyone who is planning on purchasing an Oring to also take the first step and purchase the sizing kit. Did purchase a kit but did not wear it for 24 full hours, as recommended which I regret. When I tried on the ring, I was a size 8 and it felt great but when I fell asleep, the ring became very tight and uncomfortable, so I had to do an exchange for a size 9, which fits perfectly especially at night. Also, I had purchased the gold ring which, I truly did not like it. It did not seem like gold. It was like a bright yellow copper color. When I did the exchange I decided to go with the rose gold and I cannot tell you how happy I am that I decided to change the color because it matches perfectly with my gold rings.Lastly, The battery life last about three days not the 5-6 days. I am taking the recommended steps of letting the ring deplete to 25% before putting it on the charger. Hopefully this will increase battery life.I will continue to update my review as time goes by. For now, though I definitely love it more than my I watch.

You need this!
A friend of mine recommended this ring to me and honestly it’s been the best investment I’ve made in a long time! It’s helping me sleep better now that I know exactly how much sleep Im getting. It’s helping me track my stress levels and now I know who and what is stressing me out. It tracks my cycle and it’s been super accurate so far. It also tracks my heart rate, steps, calories burned, and so much more!If you are a health and wellness person this is the ring for you!

Now I am wearing traditional wrist watch again. Thanks to Oura Ring.
For several years, I was wearing a wristwatch-type fitness tracker. I have never felt fashionable or professional, but I wore that out of necessity. I knew about Oura for a couple of years now, but I was not sure if I would want to spend that much of $$. One day, Amazon was advertising Oura and maybe I should take advantage of this opportunity to just try. This is wonderful. I am so glad that I invested in this. The membership is affordable too. I am happy wearing my favorite wristwatch that is not a fitness tracker.

Worth it so far
I work in a very fast-paced high-stress emergency room & many of my coworkers have been saying great things about this ring. After talking to them & doing plenty of research before I made such a steep purchase, I finally gave in. I was worried about the bulkiness since I am petite with pretty small hands, but honestly I like the way it looks & compliments my other gold jewelry. I appreciate the in-depth analysis of my sleep, stress & overall health. It has made me change some lifestyle habits to better balance my work-life stress & I’ve already seen improvement in how I feel. I have heard it scratches easily but since I wear gloves most of the time at work I haven’t had any problems, but I have considered getting one of those protectors just to be safe. So far I have no complaints!

Love this tracking device!
Wasn’t sure if I wanted to know all the info, especially to have my sleep rated. But as a runner I really do need to know. The ring feels very minimal – don’t really even know it’s there. It has gone into the sauna, pool, shower with me and survived it all. I love the ap and the format in which the info is presented. The info it provides helps me adjust my schedule as needed.

I’m not sure if my Apple watch or the Oura ring is better.
They are both different in terms of time and type of sleep.
