Not Very Accurate
Tried this against another calibrated scale in my house and other measurements I’ve taken. It’s off by between 0.5 and 1.5 lbs for weight and up to 5% for body fat measurements as verified by DEXA scan. The app is easy to use though. If you aren’t worried about accuracy and just want to monitor a trend line it’s not terrible for that. I would look at other scales though.

Actually works great
Not sure if actual measurements are correct against a full body comp, it does track changes well. Increased activity and lean body mass goes up fat goes down and thanksgiving the opposite as expected. So great for tracking progress. Weight itself is very accurate. Very pleased with the purchase and it’s cost.

Scale works great but issues with the app and lack of documentation
The Pros:The scale seems to work great. I know the weight is accurate. The BMI is very close to what a BMI calculator shows. It syncs great with my Fitbit app.The Cons:Due to lack of documentation, I’m still not sure about using this with more than one person.I was going to set my wife up on my phone but I am not sure the pros and cons of two profiles on one phone or on separate phones so I have not activated her account yet. I first want to find out what happens if it is on two phones and they are both in the room when you get on a scale? I also need to test what happens if no phone is in the room, I get on the scale and then my wife walks in the room with her phone. Seems to me it would add the information to her account. If weigh-in is applied to the wrong user, how do you fix it? I can’t find any documentation on this so I’ll have to test these scenarios.I’d also like to know how all the information is calculated. The FAQ talks about some of them but not allI called into support two days in a row. I was able to leave a message. Day one I got a call in the evening that I missed. Day 2 I never got a call back.I’d give it 5 stars if it weren’t for lack of documentation and phone support.

While the absolute accuracy is questionable, it tracks consistently, that is the important part.Who cares what the number is, what you care about is that the number is going in the right direction! (This is not a comment about the scale number, that is accurate, but rather the health metrics, body fat, lean muscle mass %, etc.

It does what it supposed and it does it well.
This is a very good product, it does what it’s supposed, and though it’s not 100% accurate specially if you’re holding excess water I think it gives you a pretty good idea of your body fat levels.Besides measuring body fat it of course functions as a regular scale, which you can also use to weigh out other things, up to the recommended weight limit.In addition to your body fat it can also measure a number of other bio metrics like protein, though to be honest I don’t know how accurate it is at measuring other things that aren’t fat and weight. But since I only care about my weight and body fat levels the rest of it’s features are kinda irrelevant to me. But that’s just me the rest of the features may be important to you so that’s something to consider.This scale also has a Bluetooth app which is really good and you needed if you want to see all your biometrics.In conclusion I love this scale, I love how it looks, feels and functions and the price is fair, I think so anyway. And yes I don’t really have many negatives to say about this product because I haven’t really found many, if and when I do I will update this review.Do I recommend it? yes I do.

Want to understand your body better? This is key
I stumbled upon this product through a youtube video, and I was already sold. A scale and BMI machine all in one? Awesome! But then I actually *used* it.The scale itself is sleek and modern in design, and quite accurate. It takes little effort to set it up for first time use- just insert the included batteries and you’re good to go!But my real reason for loving this scale is the app. It’s evident that the creators put a LOT of time and effort into the app. Using an unnoticeable electrical signal sent through your body, this scale will determine your BMI, body fat percentage, body water percentage, various fat levels, your BMR, muscular levels, bone mass, and your metabolic age! It’s so incredibly thorough, I was blown away! With the added ability to set goals and track your history, it has given me daily inspiration to better my health and understand my body along the way. You can even have multiple profiles added to the scale for multiple users, and I’ve had no issues with it determining the user- just make sure that when you use it, bring your phone and open the app to make sure it syncs- we have 4 users, and no ones info has gotten mixed up doing it this way.Seriously, if you’re looking for a product to better understand your body, and not just see a number telling you what you weigh, this is it, hands down. I bought it on a whim, but I would happily have paid double for what it has done for me. Thank you, INEVIFIT; I can tell you and your team put a lot of thought, care, and effort into this product. Not packaged
The only thing I didn’t like is that they ship the scale as is. No protective packaging. I don’t know if it works because I bought it for my daughter’s birthday a few days from now. I will be disappointed if there’s something wrong with it. For the price they could do a better job wrapping it. That’s my only complaint, other than that I like it’s features that it connects with fit bit.Wish me birthday luck!

The Eros scale required another app which means it does not interface with the INEVIFIT app. Weight seems fine but other measures are not reliable. Likely a care of too much too soon. This was not an upgrade but a waste. Back to the old INEVIFIT and this one back to Amazon or worse.

Great Product
Like many others, I typically do not take the time to review the vast purchases I make on Amazon. This scale is so much more and should be integrated into every gym that cares about their membership. I do not care what my weight is (in theory) but knowing my body fat % and muscle mass is invaluable. I am in my mid fifties and losing muscle is inevitable without preventative maintenance. The incredibly simple app does all the work. I do not need to journal. I use my watch to track my cardio expenditure daily and will not go to bed until the rings are closed. The tracking system from this app will keep you focused and help push a very healthy lifestyle.I briefly researched the independent, family operated company and just want to say, Thank You! It works
Like: that I can get readings fast and accurate. I put a known weight on to make sure of calibration.Don’t like: the app has bugs. I added a user but in the tracking of my personal data their data is put into my tracking which skews the graph and information. Also Bluetooth takes some time to connect to my iPhone (14+Max)and occasionally will not register so I have to step back on and wait ~ 10-15 seconds for the app on my phone to register the weight. Price$$$

It’s a great product. I love all the details it provides for me during my weight loss journey. The only thing that was kind of confusing is if you have another person weigh themselves on your scale, their weight gets recorded on your app. To delete their data, you have to do some searching around the app. But after I learned how, it was easier to do later on.

From the moment I opened the box I like the look of the scale. I did not have any issues setting up the scale to the app or connecting it to my Fitbit account. Connected right away. Not sure why some people dislike the app but the color scheme is fine to read. There is also a setting in the app to change the color if you want. I also appreciate that they send out follow up emails to ensure you are satisfied with the product. That’s commitment to your customers and product. I’ve had this for just over a week and think it’s a quality product

Its a quaility scale
The software is good. Some of the stats are off a little but thats with all these types of scales. Ots accurate enough to gwt a good ballpark. The scalea weight is accurate which you want it to be, the other stats you just use as reference and thats good enough. You’d need a bunch of machines that are expensive to get accurate readings.

Could be better
I love this scale. I have been using it for over a year now. I wish I got it sooner. It was definitely enlightening and highly beneficial in my fitness journey. I have a couple minor issues with the app though. When I started using it, my data appeared in red (heh, sigh), but as my fitness has improved and the numbers went from red to yellow to dark green/light green, I can barely see the numbers on the screen. It’s honestly a good concept to incorporate color cues, however, this design is distracting at best. In my case, I wear +1 glasses for reading and can see fine in all light levels and I have a hard time seeing the numbers with my screen display on full brightness, with glasses, so I sometimes have to take a screenshot of it to look at outside of the app. Annoying. So the interface is poor, in my opinion. I would prefer a more thoughtful graphic design at a minimum, but also a more expansive explanation of the data sets would be helpful. Especially the classifications within the categories. For example, why, in the muscle mass category, are the color cues blue, dark green, and light green? I don’t understand that. And there’s no key either. I mean it’s barely intuitive lol and also no key, so I never figured out what it means, other than it’s probably ok because I am in one of the green categories (shrug). I would prefer a little bit more comparative data too. Probably just me, I dunno. But the app seems reliable every day. I don’t think I’ve replaced the batteries in over a year. It’s fast. My husband likes ghat it makes a sound in the app like a sledgehammer slamming the thingee at a carnival when he gets on it. I like that I can mute that effect. I love the thing overall though. A lot!

Love my new scale. I have logged three weights now and I absolutely love it. As a person who has some health problems and is always struggling to do better this is an amazing tool to make that happen! The company has reached out to make sure I haven’t had any problems. How amazing is that! Customer service is really important to me and I appreciated it. I had zero problems setting up the scale and getting it on my phone. It was super easy! It has a QR code on it and it basically walked me through the short easy process. I have read reviews off of amazon that talk about how wonderful this smart scale is and it really is great. I feel like I have a better picture of my health and what to talk with my doctor about. Awesome company and equipment!

Great customer service but I prefer their INEVIFIT body fat scale and app over the EROS
I got their INEVIFIT scale with 8 measurements and Bluetooth app last week, but in response to email questions their rep suggested I may prefer this EROS model instead with 13 measurements. I ordered but after comparing am returning the EROS and keeping the other. The other scale is significantly smaller size and easier to line up my feet correctly, the EROS seems made for larger bodies/frames – I got a different weight 3 different times I stepped on it, trying it 3 minutes apart. And it was ranging from 2# to #7# higher than the other scale which I tried immediately afterwards each time. My only guess is maybe because EROS is wider there was a slight difference in how my feet were lining up on the sensors each time. The other scale also gave me same weight as at my Dr office (accounting for weight of clothes at the Dr., which yes I compared wearing same.) If you are seriously training and athletic you may prefer the EROS though for the additional measurements you get. Both scales are easy to use and set up with the Bluetooth apps. The customer service of this company is great, I got messages from a co-founder and corresponded back and forth, and also good response contacting their support with a question on understanding the measurements with links to guidelines.

Best scale I’ve had so far. Seems accurate and is definitely more repeatable than any other scale I’ve had. Weight is in 0.2 increments, which is ok. iPhone app connection often takes many seconds to connect, wish it were faster but it works. The app works well and shows a lot of potentially useful data. Not sure how accurate the foot sensor info really is, but it’s interesting. Overall, a great scale and highly recommended

Fabulous scale but I found it hard to read the app and had to return it
I loved the scale but I returned it because the font on the app is small and rather pretty but faint colors. Those two features could not be changed and I was struggling to read the results. The s ale is beautiful and very accurate so great for a younger person with better eyes than mine!

I do get a accurate weight from this scale but it’s to sensitive to movement, and never stabilizes on a weight, and then shuts itself off and never sends a fixed measurement to the charting function of the app, which is annoying since I want to keep a chart record of my weight in gains or losses!!! Considering returning this scale!!!

Amazing Customer Service!!!
Owned for over a year and potentiometers started going crazy making inaccurate. Up to this point worked flawlessly. Reached out to customer service and was amazed they have a 5 YEAR WARRANTY!!! Better yet, they answered my email within an hour each time we communicated and were super helpful and accommodating. So rare this day in age. They shipped me a new scale immediately and had within a few days. This is customer service at its finest. Great company and great product. Highly recommend. The scale provides very similar results to the in body machines at the Dr Offices.

Decent scale, inaccurate readings
I’ve been using it for a few months now and all seemed well, but a few weeks ago it gave me wildly different readings literally from 7am to 4pm, and it’s stuck with that since. 26% body fat to 18% and kept steady. Let’s just say I’m definitely not at 18%😅so not too sure on the readings but the data tracking and compatability with Google fit is great. Just wish there was a way to test or calibrate the electrodes

Increased activity and lean body mass goes up fat goes down and thanksgiving the opposite as expected. So great for tracking progress. Weight itself is very accurate. Very pleased with the purchase and it’s cost.

Scale works great but issues with the app and lack of documentation
The Pros:The scale seems to work great. I know the weight is accurate. The BMI is very close to what a BMI calculator shows. It syncs great with my Fitbit app.The Cons:Due to lack of documentation, I’m still not sure about using this with more than one person.I was going to set my wife up on my phone but I am not sure the pros and cons of two profiles on one phone or on separate phones so I have not activated her account yet. I first want to find out what happens if it is on two phones and they are both in the room when you get on a scale? I also need to test what happens if no phone is in the room, I get on the scale and then my wife walks in the room with her phone. Seems to me it would add the information to her account. If weigh-in is applied to the wrong user, how do you fix it? I can’t find any documentation on this so I’ll have to test these scenarios.I’d also like to know how all the information is calculated. The FAQ talks about some of them but not allI called into support two days in a row. I was able to leave a message. Day one I got a call in the evening that I missed. Day 2 I never got a call back.I’d give it 5 stars if it weren’t for lack of documentation and phone support.

Very pleased. While the absolute accuracy is questionable, it tracks consistently, that is the important part.Who cares what the number is, what you care about is that the number is going in the right direction! (This is not a comment about the scale number, that is accurate, but rather the health metrics, body fat, lean muscle mass %, etc.

It does what it supposed and it does it well.
This is a very good product, it does what it’s supposed, and though it’s not 100% accurate specially if you’re holding excess water I think it gives you a pretty good idea of your body fat levels.Besides measuring body fat it of course functions as a regular scale, which you can also use to weigh out other things, up to the recommended weight limit.In addition to your body fat it can also measure a number of other bio metrics like protein, though to be honest I don’t know how accurate it is at measuring other things that aren’t fat and weight. But since I only care about my weight and body fat levels the rest of it’s features are kinda irrelevant to me. But that’s just me the rest of the features may be important to you so that’s something to consider.This scale also has a Bluetooth app which is really good and you needed if you want to see all your biometrics.In conclusion I love this scale, I love how it looks, feels and functions and the price is fair, I think so anyway. And yes I don’t really have many negatives to say about this product because I haven’t really found many, if and when I do I will update this review.Do I recommend it? yes I do.

Want to understand your body better? This is key
I stumbled upon this product through a youtube video, and I was already sold. A scale and BMI machine all in one? Awesome! But then I actually *used* it.The scale itself is sleek and modern in design, and quite accurate. It takes little effort to set it up for first time use- just insert the included batteries and you’re good to go!But my real reason for loving this scale is the app. It’s evident that the creators put a LOT of time and effort into the app. Using an unnoticeable electrical signal sent through your body, this scale will determine your BMI, body fat percentage, body water percentage, various fat levels, your BMR, muscular levels, bone mass, and your metabolic age! It’s so incredibly thorough, I was blown away! With the added ability to set goals and track your history, it has given me daily inspiration to better my health and understand my body along the way. You can even have multiple profiles added to the scale for multiple users, and I’ve had no issues with it determining the user- just make sure that when you use it, bring your phone and open the app to make sure it syncs- we have 4 users, and no ones info has gotten mixed up doing it this way.Seriously, if you’re looking for a product to better understand your body, and not just see a number telling you what you weigh, this is it, hands down. I bought it on a whim, but I would happily have paid double for what it has done for me. Thank you, INEVIFIT; I can tell you and your team put a lot of thought, care, and effort into this product. Not packaged
The only thing I didn’t like is that they ship the scale as is. No protective packaging. I don’t know if it works because I bought it for my daughter’s birthday a few days from now. I will be disappointed if there’s something wrong with it. For the price they could do a better job wrapping it. That’s my only complaint, other than that I like it’s features that it connects with fit bit.Wish me birthday luck!

The Eros scale required another app which means it does not interface with the INEVIFIT app. Weight seems fine but other measures are not reliable. Likely a care of too much too soon. This was not an upgrade but a waste. Back to the old INEVIFIT and this one back to Amazon or worse.

Great Product
Like many others, I typically do not take the time to review the vast purchases I make on Amazon. This scale is so much more and should be integrated into every gym that cares about their membership. I do not care what my weight is (in theory) but knowing my body fat % and muscle mass is invaluable. I am in my mid fifties and losing muscle is inevitable without preventative maintenance. The incredibly simple app does all the work. I do not need to journal. I use my watch to track my cardio expenditure daily and will not go to bed until the rings are closed. The tracking system from this app will keep you focused and help push a very healthy lifestyle.I briefly researched the independent, family operated company and just want to say, Thank You! It works
Like: that I can get readings fast and accurate. I put a known weight on to make sure of calibration.Don’t like: the app has bugs. I added a user but in the tracking of my personal data their data is put into my tracking which skews the graph and information. Also Bluetooth takes some time to connect to my iPhone (14+Max)and occasionally will not register so I have to step back on and wait ~ 10-15 seconds for the app on my phone to register the weight. Price$$$

It’s a great product. I love all the details it provides for me during my weight loss journey. The only thing that was kind of confusing is if you have another person weigh themselves on your scale, their weight gets recorded on your app. To delete their data, you have to do some searching around the app. But after I learned how, it was easier to do later on.

Perfect scale.
Easy to set up, accurate weight and other measurements (I think, at least), and great design. The most important aspect for me is that it connects to my phone, and by extension Apple Health, every time. I have had numerous issues with other scales and this one does not disappoint.

Great scale
From the moment I opened the box I like the look of the scale. I did not have any issues setting up the scale to the app or connecting it to my Fitbit account. Connected right away. Not sure why some people dislike the app but the color scheme is fine to read. There is also a setting in the app to change the color if you want. I also appreciate that they send out follow up emails to ensure you are satisfied with the product. That’s commitment to your customers and product. I’ve had this for just over a week and think it’s a quality product

Its a quaility scale
The software is good. Some of the stats are off a little but thats with all these types of scales. Ots accurate enough to gwt a good ballpark. The scalea weight is accurate which you want it to be, the other stats you just use as reference and thats good enough. You’d need a bunch of machines that are expensive to get accurate readings.

Could be better
I love this scale. I have been using it for over a year now. I wish I got it sooner. It was definitely enlightening and highly beneficial in my fitness journey. I have a couple minor issues with the app though. When I started using it, my data appeared in red (heh, sigh), but as my fitness has improved and the numbers went from red to yellow to dark green/light green, I can barely see the numbers on the screen. It’s honestly a good concept to incorporate color cues, however, this design is distracting at best. In my case, I wear +1 glasses for reading and can see fine in all light levels and I have a hard time seeing the numbers with my screen display on full brightness, with glasses, so I sometimes have to take a screenshot of it to look at outside of the app. Annoying. So the interface is poor, in my opinion. I would prefer a more thoughtful graphic design at a minimum, but also a more expansive explanation of the data sets would be helpful. Especially the classifications within the categories. For example, why, in the muscle mass category, are the color cues blue, dark green, and light green? I don’t understand that. And there’s no key either. I mean it’s barely intuitive lol and also no key, so I never figured out what it means, other than it’s probably ok because I am in one of the green categories (shrug). I would prefer a little bit more comparative data too. Probably just me, I dunno. But the app seems reliable every day. I don’t think I’ve replaced the batteries in over a year. It’s fast. My husband likes ghat it makes a sound in the app like a sledgehammer slamming the thingee at a carnival when he gets on it. I like that I can mute that effect. I love the thing overall though. A lot!

Love my new scale. I have logged three weights now and I absolutely love it. As a person who has some health problems and is always struggling to do better this is an amazing tool to make that happen! The company has reached out to make sure I haven’t had any problems. How amazing is that! Customer service is really important to me and I appreciated it. I had zero problems setting up the scale and getting it on my phone. It was super easy! It has a QR code on it and it basically walked me through the short easy process. I have read reviews off of amazon that talk about how wonderful this smart scale is and it really is great. I feel like I have a better picture of my health and what to talk with my doctor about. Awesome company and equipment!

This Eros scale gives so much more information than just weight and BMI. I am better able to keep track of muscle mass, water content and visceral fat content and it will recommend ideal goals. The app will keep track of your weigh-ins and other data. So far so good!

Great customer service but I prefer their INEVIFIT body fat scale and app over the EROS
I got their INEVIFIT scale with 8 measurements and Bluetooth app last week, but in response to email questions their rep suggested I may prefer this EROS model instead with 13 measurements. I ordered but after comparing am returning the EROS and keeping the other. The other scale is significantly smaller size and easier to line up my feet correctly, the EROS seems made for larger bodies/frames – I got a different weight 3 different times I stepped on it, trying it 3 minutes apart. And it was ranging from 2# to #7# higher than the other scale which I tried immediately afterwards each time. My only guess is maybe because EROS is wider there was a slight difference in how my feet were lining up on the sensors each time. The other scale also gave me same weight as at my Dr office (accounting for weight of clothes at the Dr., which yes I compared wearing same.) If you are seriously training and athletic you may prefer the EROS though for the additional measurements you get. Both scales are easy to use and set up with the Bluetooth apps. The customer service of this company is great, I got messages from a co-founder and corresponded back and forth, and also good response contacting their support with a question on understanding the measurements with links to guidelines.

Use it every day; like the data
Best scale I’ve had so far. Seems accurate and is definitely more repeatable than any other scale I’ve had. Weight is in 0.2 increments, which is ok. iPhone app connection often takes many seconds to connect, wish it were faster but it works. The app works well and shows a lot of potentially useful data. Not sure how accurate the foot sensor info really is, but it’s interesting. Overall, a great scale and highly recommended

I did a 3D full body scan and then got this scale. They were extremely close in measurements, enough that I’m comfortable with the accuracy and can use it to ensure I’m staying in shape!

Fabulous scale but I found it hard to read the app and had to return it
I loved the scale but I returned it because the font on the app is small and rather pretty but faint colors. Those two features could not be changed and I was struggling to read the results. The s ale is beautiful and very accurate so great for a younger person with better eyes than mine!

I do get a accurate weight from this scale but it’s to sensitive to movement, and never stabilizes on a weight, and then shuts itself off and never sends a fixed measurement to the charting function of the app, which is annoying since I want to keep a chart record of my weight in gains or losses!!! Considering returning this scale!!!

Amazing Customer Service!!!
Owned for over a year and potentiometers started going crazy making inaccurate. Up to this point worked flawlessly. Reached out to customer service and was amazed they have a 5 YEAR WARRANTY!!! Better yet, they answered my email within an hour each time we communicated and were super helpful and accommodating. So rare this day in age. They shipped me a new scale immediately and had within a few days. This is customer service at its finest. Great company and great product. Highly recommend. The scale provides very similar results to the in body machines at the Dr Offices.

My health journey just got a huge boost!
This scale gives me the most data on my health status so I can make food and water, exercise decisions. It is the best partner far better than my previous scale that only measured 4 parameters and did not pare with my phone. This is a glorious way to monitor your way through the day and make changes to really improve my well being. I am soooo glad to have made this purchase!

I love this scale with my old scale. I will get a reading, go to the doctor and get a different reading with this scale I know more than what I’m told at the doctors office and it’s completely accurate. Just keep the floor knobs clean. The app is my favorite part.

Well, no one likes that “thing” but it’s a necessary evil for most of us! The great thing is,, no more wondering Hum is my weight from water weight or fat lol it tells you!! All the other options as well as BMI and muscle versus fat etc..

Decent scale, inaccurate readings
I’ve been using it for a few months now and all seemed well, but a few weeks ago it gave me wildly different readings literally from 7am to 4pm, and it’s stuck with that since. 26% body fat to 18% and kept steady. Let’s just say I’m definitely not at 18%😅so not too sure on the readings but the data tracking and compatability with Google fit is great. Just wish there was a way to test or calibrate the electrodes
