Good vitamin!
I was told to start taking vitamin D by my doctor. I ordered these. They are a little large, but not hard to swallow and seem to be working. I will be buying them again, when I re-up..

Didn’t make me nauseous
Other zinc supplements have always made me nauseated if I didn’t eat them with food, but this one seems to settle well. I took it with other supplements to level out my hormones and it has worked pretty well.

Whole Food Sourced!
I love the fact that this multi uses methylcobalamin from healthy meat sources (wild caught fish, etc) and not methylcobalamin produced via a lab (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). I tried those other versions several times, and they just don’t provide the brain support that I need. This multi does. Hats off to Ancient Nutrition for sticking to what really works for those of us who need the REAL methylcobalamin!

What some people might not realize is that we need zinc to help us absorb the Vitamin A foods…like egg yokes, liver, butter.
