Dangerous for the back
I hoped to get healthy benefits of using a rebounder but this product is dangerous for my back. My back hurts painfully after using this item. It takes two strong men to assemble it and they even stated it was difficult for them. The return process is a nightmare with UPS. I no longer have the box. There is minimum bounce and it will injur your back. Amazon also failed to provide the contact info to SereneLife. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. SereneLife customer service barely speaks English and they keep you on hold for a long time.

Awesome trampoline!
I bought this for my wife this last Xmas. She absolutely loves it. It was super easy to put together and very sturdy. Took about 5 minutes to put together. I like that it comes with a bag for easy transport, not that I travel with the trampoline but I can if I wanted to!! Worth every penny.

Excellent customer service
It was missing a screw upon delivery. I reached out to the company and was contacted immediately. Received them in the mail shortly after my request.I wish the trampoline itself had more bounce and wasn’t so stiff, but that may change once it’s broken in.

Excellent customer service
For an adult, I think it works really well for basic jumping and exercise. My children are too rough on it and it didn’t hold up for too long. The bar started moving forwards and backwards too much, but the company replaced it for me! Excellent customer service! My biggest complaint is my situation. My children jump holding the bar and flip on the bar, causing it to lift up one side and then it’s loud coming back down. The neighbors below me are not a fan, so the trampoline now lives at my parent’s house.Overall a good little trampoline for an child or adult to just jump and basic exercises. Not for crazy, wild, flipping, 3 year old twins in an apartment.

Great for kids, great customer service
Nice trampoline which can take some abuse from a 3 and 7 year old. However, after 1.5yrs of use one the legs stretched in OD around the threads that attach the leg to the trampoline body. The leg would not stay on anymore and became a tipping hazard. I contacted the manufacturer’s customer service (CS) not expecting much, but CS was awesome and quickly sent out a new one! The trampoline is back in business taking abuse.

My toddler loves this trampoline!
My 2 yo son loves the trampoline! It helps to burn off some energy and the best part is that it doesn’t have springs so I am not worried about him getting hurt.Customer service is A+! One of the legs popped out and the customer service quickly resolved it for me. It was the smoothest interaction I’ve had with customer service EVER! Thank you!!!

My wife ordered this and loves it
My wife wanted to get into some trampoline exercising and ordered this item. It was super easy to put together. She loves it. We have a workout room in our house and it’s fairly easy to roll this thing out of the room when she’s done.

Great trampoline and great service
I bought this trampoline for my preschooler to use.I was originally going to buy one made by one of the kid toy companies. After reading the reviews of the other products, I decided to go with this one.I am happy that I decided to go with this one. It’s designed to handle the weight of an adult, so I expect it to last longer with the weight on a kid on it. The cost of this was also lower than the competing product. This trampoline was easy to assemble and continues to feel sturdy. I expect it to last for many years.Update 12/13/2021: The foam piece on my handle started to come apart. I contacted the company to ask about a replacement. They were easy to work with to get the part replaced. After working with support, I remain happy with my decision to purchase this trampoline and would recommend it to a friend if they were looking to buy a trampoline.

My wife and I found out the hard way trampoline exercise routine was not a joke. But she is 49 and I am 52this was a reality call check for both of us.,.. now we like to eat healthily, walk the dog, and start a 5-minute routine at home and exercise away!!

Nice piece missing parts
The handle bar requires screws and additional metal ring for the screws, they were not included and not meant to be included. Why wouldn’t it be included?? So frustrating!! Interestingly it doesn’t mention one of the items included and no mention that I need to have it. Could you at least hint at the kind I need.

While to put together move if lean forward
This took a while to put together and it does move. If our eight-year-old daughter leans forward at all makes me nervous, but she doesn’t enjoy, jumping on it as long as she goes up and down and not forward over the bar. To give it five stars, I would want more weight at the bottom.

Easy to put together
Great little work out tool! My daughter (2yo) loves it and I love that it has a bar she can hold on to while she’s burning some energy :)Update : the springs are fine but the blue padded protector sleeve is Not holding up. It has already torn in two places. I have only disassembled/folded the trampoline one time. It was fine to put back together but does not feel like it would last, if one were to need to repeatedly fold and unfold it. So I’m knocking two stars off. Will post pictures of the blue cover with holes in it.

Love it!
We just received the trampoline today! My daughter loves it. I was able to assemble myself in less than 15 minutes. Love the size and color! My only hang up is that the hole does not line up with the handle and I cannot get the final screw it. Otherwise, great product!

Annoyed…
I am about to put this together but it all says for kids and max weight limit is 150lb (I am 160lb and bought this for low impact workouts) super bummed but I am still giving it a shot…will report back if it holds together but I am super annoyed that the instructions say kids sized and nothing says that in the Amazon description!!!

Excellent customer service
Got this rebounder after doing some research on various products. Quick shipping. I waited until my husband was home to open it, glad I did because the leverage of two people opening it up made the process soooo easy. l think now that I know what to expect opening and closing it will be easier. Easy to assemble. There was an issue with one of the support legs, no fault of the company – just the way it came out of the mold. Went to their website and their response was in less than 24 hours. The issue was quickly addressed and they shipped me a new leg. The rebounder is now ready to be used. Highly recommend this rebounder and the company.

Good product for a great price
My kids really love this trampoline. I bought this for my ASD sensory seeking 6 year old son. It helps a lot when he’s feeling anxious or has pent up energy. It has also helped increase his gross motor skills and become more confident in his physical abilities.Customer service is great as well! Really responsive and helpful. I saw a few reviews about the padded spring cover breaking down and ripping and it did happen to mine as well. I contacted the company and they helped me with the warranty. I do recommend this product and company however I hope they revise the durability of the padded cover considering there have been complaints over it.

Great little rebounder!
Great rebounder…. sturdily made, lightweight, easy set up. Love that it is foldable with carrying case included. I do not use the handle bar but nice that it’s included should you need it. Only drawback is the rim cover does not fit, but not a big deal 🤷♀️

Rebounder
Perfect for getting your heart rate up in a short period of time. I like the size and it’s easy to remove the rail. I does tend to move around on my hardwood floors so it would be nice if it had some kind of suction feet or a way to stablize it so it doesn’t move around but I love it.

Assembly is a challenge
The folding feature seems nice until you read the instructions and try to unfold it. It HAS to be unfolded by two people so don’t buy this if you live alone and intend to store it folded.

Company stands behind product
I’ve had 2 of these. My kids use it and I like that there are no springs. The first one lasted 3 years with a lot of use, and a couple of the elastics wore out and broke. I replaced it with the same one, and this time one of the legs broke off within a year. There are enough legs that it remained upright fortunately. I contacted the company, and they replaced the entire unit. While I was not impressed with the durability, I was pleased that they stood behind their product.

I think it’s great!
Got it today I thought it was super easy to set up and I spent an hour jumping on it. I am 5’6 and a weigh 170 pounds. I didn’t have any challenges with it almost tipping over or the bar not being sturdy. I’m really happy I bought it. It was a lot of fun. I’m excited to jump again tomorrow!

Great exercise tool!
It is sturdy & you have a bar to balance yourself while you exercise. My husband helped me put it together. You really feel like you’ve had a good workout after only 10 minutes. I will work into more time gradually. Buy this trampoline, you will love it..

Mini Trampoline
I ordered a “Like new” mini trampoline from Amazon warehouse. Obviously the original recipient of the new delivery was careless & left out 3 legs when they returned the trampoline. There were only 3 legs to the trampoline (out of 6). I contacted Customer Service at the Manufacturer. They responded after a weekend email on Monday & whoever answered dropped my request for the missing legs. FORTUNATELY a second person saw my emails and rectified the problem. So I have to say I am satisfied with the manufacturer. But I am not happy with Amazon for listing this as “Like New” when the box was in terrible careless condition—-without checking for missing parts. My recommendation? Buy new.

If you don’t alone you will cry. An face plant. An evaluate your single mom lifehood.
I really really want to give this a five star. But I’m a single mom and this was just another thing that reminded me I don’t have an help an stuff. I found to unfold the trampoline when putting it together was awful doing it by yourself. But I’m stubborn an I spent three hours…an I cried not GNA lie. An I did allot of face plants. An yes I can see how someone could get injured putting this together expeshaly by themselfs. When I finally got it to lay flat my heart floated into the air an burst into fricken confetti. Lol I was more excited about getting passed that awful first step then actchaly being able to give it to my daughter as a gift. I love the trampoline now that it’s put together, an I love that it’s sturdy, it’s very bouncy an it will benefit the entire family i beleive. But it’s a three star because I feel like it should be cheaper just for the set up alone. I couldent imagine trying to fold it back together for storage or to bring some place else. Because it did take sweat, face plants, cursing, tears, an stopping to evaluate my life to get this thing out together alone an yes I no that it says it takes two people but I dident notice till after I baught it an opened up the instructions I feel like they should either make it a easier set up or they should put it in big bold letters about needing some muscle to get it to unfold. An I’m strong an workout daily. But I litterly sat on one end an tried every movement an everything possible I don’t no how I managed to get it flat honestly. It was a Christmas miracle lol

Handle bar does not fold down
The main reason I picked this trampoline is because it said easy fold and portable. It was easy to assemble but I don’t consider having to unscrew the handle bars “easy fold and portable.” Then you’d have to disassemble the entire thing to put it in the carrying case, so not sure who is doing that for a cookout or a trip. That said, I fortunately have room in my son’s room and he loves it. It is sturdy. I would have kept shopping though if I realized it wasn’t collapsible without an Allen wrench.

Why is the bar in the middle?!?!
I was so excited to get this! The reviews were correct, it definitely is a two-person setup when it comes to unfolding it. (It works well if you both step on it and use your weight rather than your strength)The incredibly disappointing part was that the balance bar goes over the middle of the trampoline! WHY?! The best bounce is in the middle of the circle and with the bar there it isn’t conducive to many of the online video workouts I’ve seen. After removing the bar I at least have room to bounce, but now I have to find another way to sturdy myself.Overall, it’s an ok purchase and will work with modifcations.

Tires out a very busy 2 year old.
I bought this trampoline for my granddaughter’s 2nd birthday. Unfortunately I haven’t seen her in action yet, but my daughter tells me she loves it and it keeps her busy as often as her Mommy or Daddy can watch her. She can hold on the the railing no problem. She is average size for her age. And she caught on to using it on the first try. My daughter is carrying her second child and this is a great help! She can just pull it out and sit on her sofa and watch our little one jump. Highly recommend, very good value for the money and seems so far to be very good quality. Great exercise for little ones.

Exercise during SIP! Easy setup, but be careful accidentally jumping on the blue cover part
After using for about 3 months now…Pros: 1) The setup was super easy once you get the trampoline section opened up. It is a little tricky at first but gravity helps when you put your weight on it.2) The whole family can use this. My 2 year old, 5 year old, my husband, and I all can exercise on it. I purchased this during the beginning of shelter in place so my kids can jump around and expend some energy vs jumping on the couch and it has worked.3) The nice padding that goes the entire length of the grab bar is a nice touch.Cons: 1) Once I accidentally jumped/stepped down hard on a spot on the blue cover edge and somehow my heel was punctured and bled. I lifted the blue cover to see what I stepped on, and it was a hard metal connecting piece where the trampoline can bend. My husband, suspecting, an injury could occur on that spot had even wrapped duct tape on that area (beneath the blue padding) to cushion the impact, and yet, I unluckily stepped on it. 😟 luckily no one else in the family have jumped on that spot. I included pictures from where I stepped on that caused bleeding.2) The trampoline did not have as much bounce compared to another similar trampoline I have. I wish it had more bounce.3) The bar will wobble a little bit when held onto while jumping.
