I have them under rugs in my home. I have cement floors, so it can be a bit tough on achy joints. these fit perfectly under the rugs and really help up the comfort level at an affordable price. Plus, I do work outs on those areas and has made certain moves much easier to achieve. worth it

Under bed padding
Oddly enough, the size of these mats is perfect to put under a queen size bed frame to prevent from scraping our flooring! I had a couple spills while assembling our bed and wiping down the mess was quite easy! 12/10 would recommend! Can’t wait to buy more with the actual intent to use them in our future home gym!

Nice but odd smell
The thickness and size is very nice on these for a home gym. The only reason I dropped a star is because they had a very weird smell. It was kind of like a bunch of chemicals were poured around a barnyard, but it faded after several days and I believe it will be gone after a few weeks.

I’ve purchased approximately 60 of these tiles for my garage floor, it does the job. If I had the money and the motivation, I’d probably look into horse mats.They will separate under stress, and you may have to cut the border pieces depending on what shape you decide to make.If you lift heavy and drop weights, DO NOT USE THESE. You will crack whatever flooring you have underneath. These mats provide minimal cushion.

I loved the blue color. I had ordered 12 pieces, which covers 48 ft. It was the perfect size for my small pool( that I put on my mobile home porch floor,. Which is cement. With the mat underneath, this mat makes it very cushy and feels comfy. I love it !.. REMEMBER ..12 of these squares fit the small size pool I showed in pictures .

Good cushioning effect for your hips, knees, and feet. Used these to cover the concrete floor in my basement and laundry, then ordered more for my shop and boat.Be sure you order enough for your project because not all vendors sell the same kind. I ended up with a lot of squares that don’t fit the puzzle of the area I had already started. Gave those to my physical trainer to use in her weight room.

They’re good for protecting carpet and catching sweat. I wouldn’t put a workout bench on them cause they will move a bit underneath it and they’re not firm enough to dampen movement, but for the price they work fine as a mat to some static workouts on like pushups

Old Apartment complex balcony makeover made easy
We recently moved into an extremely old apartment complex, due to the hellaciously high increase in rent in Las Vegas. Because of this, as expected, there’s a lot of wear and tear on the balcony. We do not smoke in the apartment so we spend a lot of time on the balcony and wanted to make it comfy cozy. Using these mats has upgraded the balcony 500% already. We still have a long way to go to make it our Hangout Nook, slowly but surely it will become beautiful one piece at a time. I hope this helps in your decision-making process because these are high quality they are perfectly thick enough for us to walk around barefooted or with socks on with comfort and ease. Our patio is approximately 17 ft long and 12 ft wide and three packages were required for the entire balcony with about 12 in at the far end not being covered it. It was not worth the additional money to buy a whole another pack so we just left it open because we have storage there anyways.I used my shark cordless wet and dry vac and an easily cleans the mats

Fits my Rowing Machine perfectly
Matches our brown floor since I bought the brown mat. Went together easily. If you can’t put this together, your problems can’t be solved with a floor mat. Anyway, I use it as a mat for my Rowing Machine and it is perfect. I can move it around without it coming apart, and if you need to use it for other things, it should be perfect. Go ahead and by one. These are cheaper on Amazon that they are at a retail outlet. Yes, I checked the prices at all local stores, first.

Great value with these for our home gym. We covered a 12′ x 20′ area. Word of advice if you’re doing the same – move all equipment out when you’re laying it down, or else you’ll have ‘bubbles’ that you won’t be able to get out. Might be obvious, but we have a lot of equipment and tried to take a shortcut.. didn’t work out. Easy to cut with scissors as well for if/when you reach the wall. They stay in place just fine on baseboard.

This is a great product and works great on my concrete basement flooring. It gives me the support needed to complete all exercises. It is firm with support yet soft with some give. Great value for an exercise mat
For the price, these mats are extremely effective. They can easily hold weight and protect flooring. However there are a few issues. If you don’t wear shoes on the mat, it might be a little slippery. Also, if you leave a barbell with weight on the mat for a long time, it may leave an indent.As for assembly, it’s pretty simple. All you need to do is open the box in which the mats came in and essentially align the mats on the floor.Overall though, despite the mat being a bit slippery without shoes and the dents that can be left on the mat, the mat is extremely effective and easy to use. Definitely worth the value!

Slippery for MMA.
Pros:Product is ok for the price. It went together well and all pieces fit nicely together.The thickness is right under .5 of an inch.Nice padding for exercise underneath feet.Cons:Diamond plate texture on top is quite slippery for MMA activities. After walking on the mats and entering another room your feet feel very slick and seem to be covered in a film. It did have a slight chemical smell to them. I scrubbed the top of the tiles with a carpet brush and warm soap water. It did seem to get the film off.If you have tile floor you have to, HAVE TO, get an underlay. The pieces will slip like you steped on a bananna peel with out one. So I went to Walmart and bought a rug underlay. It was $19.97 and it worked perfectly to help it from slipping from underneath you.In conclusion,It’s nice padding, so far the pieces seem to be holding together. I’ll update my review after doing more workouts, the joints might need tape. There is a slippery chemical film on the top layer that is slick and will stick to feet. You have to purchase a rug underlay for this product to not slip out from underneath you.One of the images shows how the joints have a layer of glossy film on them and the tile it self no longer does. This is because I cleaned the tiles and not the joints to keep water out of them.

Amazing dollar to square footage value . Covered half my gym with these for about $100 . Easy to install / interlock . Tiles stay together very well and edges stay in place nicely . Has a comfortable amount of give to it but enough support to not be “squishy” . Enough protection to safely put weights down without damaging the floor or weights ( I wouldn’t drop heavy weight on it like in a commercial gym ) . Highly recommend for the price . If you’re unsure order a small pack to test them out it’s super easy to add or subtract tiles as needed .

It’s going to work great
I bought a set of 12 and a set of six, because I wanted a big cushioned area. I like to work out in my garage, but the concrete was really hurting my feet. I was a little concerned because people had said this is slippery, but just walking around on it, it does not seem slippery at all. My concrete is not that shiny stuff, but is just regular concrete, so that might make a difference. But I can jump and run and do all sorts of things on this, and it doesn’t slip at all. It does seem to kind of have a coating on the top, because when I walked around in my flip-flops, and then walked on my regular floor, my shoes made a squeaking sound. But I’m assuming that will rub off. My cat seems to think that I put this up just for him, so yay, another thing for my cats to take over.

Good overall size and cushion depth
This is perfect for anyone who has problems with working out on hard surfaces. I don’t have joint pain or stiffness issues but my skin is thin and I always feel like my bones of my knees, elbows and feet are grinding against the floor. I’ve used elbow / knee pads and yoga mats and those were okay but I don’t want to have to think about it so I got these that will stay in one place and cushion out whatever part of me is on floor. Lightweight, easy to put together and take apart, seams are even and pieces fit snuggly together. It’s not too bulky or heavy like some of these types can be. All edges have a piece that finishes it off and makes it look smooth line. Fits nicely into a corner for ease of use whenever I need to stretch or other workout. Easy to jump rope on without throwing off balance.

Looks Great
Lost a garage, but gained a sunroom with a new home purchase. These mats are not commercial grade, (I own a gym) but will work well for home use. I have 10’6″x7’6″ space and order two 48 sqft tiles. Wife is happy and that’s what matters🤣

Spa cushion and utility room
Used this to cushion under an inflatable Hot tub on a deck. Works well so far. Not intended for outdoor use so time will tell. Also used this in a utility room vs carpet over a concrete floor. Works well, much preferred to carpet

Durable

Great Padding and they look great too!
These snap together rubberized exercise tiles really work well as an exercise mat. They are rugged and hold together well. I bought a 2nd batch of them to set up a 2nd exercise area.

Ideal for stretching and calisthenics
I’ve purchased approximately 60 of these tiles for my garage floor, it does the job. If I had the money and the motivation, I’d probably look into horse mats.They will separate under stress, and you may have to cut the border pieces depending on what shape you decide to make.If you lift heavy and drop weights, DO NOT USE THESE. You will crack whatever flooring you have underneath. These mats provide minimal cushion.

Exercise mat
I loved the blue color. I had ordered 12 pieces, which covers 48 ft. It was the perfect size for my small pool( that I put on my mobile home porch floor,. Which is cement. With the mat underneath, this mat makes it very cushy and feels comfy. I love it !.. REMEMBER ..12 of these squares fit the small size pool I showed in pictures .

Great for a tent
Placed these in our tent to make it feel more like a carpet. Easy to maintain and clean and a little rain water just pooled until we got it wiped up. Highly recommend for tent usage. Would buy again.

Good for your feet
Good cushioning effect for your hips, knees, and feet. Used these to cover the concrete floor in my basement and laundry, then ordered more for my shop and boat.Be sure you order enough for your project because not all vendors sell the same kind. I ended up with a lot of squares that don’t fit the puzzle of the area I had already started. Gave those to my physical trainer to use in her weight room.

You get what you pay for
They’re good for protecting carpet and catching sweat. I wouldn’t put a workout bench on them cause they will move a bit underneath it and they’re not firm enough to dampen movement, but for the price they work fine as a mat to some static workouts on like pushups

Old Apartment complex balcony makeover made easy
We recently moved into an extremely old apartment complex, due to the hellaciously high increase in rent in Las Vegas. Because of this, as expected, there’s a lot of wear and tear on the balcony. We do not smoke in the apartment so we spend a lot of time on the balcony and wanted to make it comfy cozy. Using these mats has upgraded the balcony 500% already. We still have a long way to go to make it our Hangout Nook, slowly but surely it will become beautiful one piece at a time. I hope this helps in your decision-making process because these are high quality they are perfectly thick enough for us to walk around barefooted or with socks on with comfort and ease. Our patio is approximately 17 ft long and 12 ft wide and three packages were required for the entire balcony with about 12 in at the far end not being covered it. It was not worth the additional money to buy a whole another pack so we just left it open because we have storage there anyways.I used my shark cordless wet and dry vac and an easily cleans the mats

Fits my Rowing Machine perfectly
Matches our brown floor since I bought the brown mat. Went together easily. If you can’t put this together, your problems can’t be solved with a floor mat. Anyway, I use it as a mat for my Rowing Machine and it is perfect. I can move it around without it coming apart, and if you need to use it for other things, it should be perfect. Go ahead and by one. These are cheaper on Amazon that they are at a retail outlet. Yes, I checked the prices at all local stores, first.

This is my third set
These are great for home gym. Interlocking makes it easy. The last set will be used to place under my sons small pool. This will protect his knees.

Good purchase
Great value with these for our home gym. We covered a 12′ x 20′ area. Word of advice if you’re doing the same – move all equipment out when you’re laying it down, or else you’ll have ‘bubbles’ that you won’t be able to get out. Might be obvious, but we have a lot of equipment and tried to take a shortcut.. didn’t work out. Easy to cut with scissors as well for if/when you reach the wall. They stay in place just fine on baseboard.

Great for Home Gym
This is a great product and works great on my concrete basement flooring. It gives me the support needed to complete all exercises. It is firm with support yet soft with some give. Comfortable to lay down directly on for stretching/body weight workouts. Not to mention it was quite satisficing to assemble the pieces together. Highly reccomend!

Garage gym!
This was so easy to install! All of the pieces can be turned to create a variety of angles and shapes! I manipulated them to go around to stairs, and it took less than 30 min to install 100 sqft of flooring! Great for a garage gym!

Great value for an exercise mat
For the price, these mats are extremely effective. They can easily hold weight and protect flooring. However there are a few issues. If you don’t wear shoes on the mat, it might be a little slippery. Also, if you leave a barbell with weight on the mat for a long time, it may leave an indent.As for assembly, it’s pretty simple. All you need to do is open the box in which the mats came in and essentially align the mats on the floor.Overall though, despite the mat being a bit slippery without shoes and the dents that can be left on the mat, the mat is extremely effective and easy to use. Definitely worth the value!

Perfect Flooring Solution for Exercise and Play
I am extremely happy with this protective exercise flooring! It is durable, non-skid, and easy to assemble. The water-resistant and noise-reducing properties make it suitable for indoor use. Slippery for MMA.
Pros:Product is ok for the price. It went together well and all pieces fit nicely together.The thickness is right under .5 of an inch.Nice padding for exercise underneath feet.Cons:Diamond plate texture on top is quite slippery for MMA activities. After walking on the mats and entering another room your feet feel very slick and seem to be covered in a film. It did have a slight chemical smell to them. I scrubbed the top of the tiles with a carpet brush and warm soap water. It did seem to get the film off.If you have tile floor you have to, HAVE TO, get an underlay. The pieces will slip like you steped on a bananna peel with out one. So I went to Walmart and bought a rug underlay. It was $19.97 and it worked perfectly to help it from slipping from underneath you.In conclusion,It’s nice padding, so far the pieces seem to be holding together. I’ll update my review after doing more workouts, the joints might need tape. There is a slippery chemical film on the top layer that is slick and will stick to feet. You have to purchase a rug underlay for this product to not slip out from underneath you.One of the images shows how the joints have a layer of glossy film on them and the tile it self no longer does. This is because I cleaned the tiles and not the joints to keep water out of them.

Best value you can find
Amazing dollar to square footage value . Covered half my gym with these for about $100 . Easy to install / interlock . Tiles stay together very well and edges stay in place nicely . Has a comfortable amount of give to it but enough support to not be “squishy” . Enough protection to safely put weights down without damaging the floor or weights ( I wouldn’t drop heavy weight on it like in a commercial gym ) . Highly recommend for the price . If you’re unsure order a small pack to test them out it’s super easy to add or subtract tiles as needed .

Durable and good quality foam mats.
Great price for foam mats that snap together well. Color is nice and looks the same as pictured in the listing. The material seems durable as well. I use them to put down where naughty dogs go potty when they should go outside. I can clean them easily compared to the carpet.

Used for alternative outdoor purposes
I laid this down 2 years ago, outside on the ground to help support my therapy pool. Since then, they’ve stayed as the pool has been gone, limbs and all sorts of debris piled on them n grass grew through or around but as I’m digging/pulling them up today (with a lot of pulling) not a single one even appears damaged!! (After cleaning them!

Bought this to go under my kitchen rug for comfort while washing dishes and using the counters. I measured and cut with a box cutter and it worked great. I don’t notice the slight raised surface and it doesn’t slide on the rug at all. Glad I got it!

It’s going to work great
I bought a set of 12 and a set of six, because I wanted a big cushioned area. I like to work out in my garage, but the concrete was really hurting my feet. I was a little concerned because people had said this is slippery, but just walking around on it, it does not seem slippery at all. My concrete is not that shiny stuff, but is just regular concrete, so that might make a difference. But I can jump and run and do all sorts of things on this, and it doesn’t slip at all. It does seem to kind of have a coating on the top, because when I walked around in my flip-flops, and then walked on my regular floor, my shoes made a squeaking sound. But I’m assuming that will rub off. My cat seems to think that I put this up just for him, so yay, another thing for my cats to take over.

Good overall size and cushion depth
This is perfect for anyone who has problems with working out on hard surfaces. I don’t have joint pain or stiffness issues but my skin is thin and I always feel like my bones of my knees, elbows and feet are grinding against the floor. I’ve used elbow / knee pads and yoga mats and those were okay but I don’t want to have to think about it so I got these that will stay in one place and cushion out whatever part of me is on floor. Lightweight, easy to put together and take apart, seams are even and pieces fit snuggly together. It’s not too bulky or heavy like some of these types can be. All edges have a piece that finishes it off and makes it look smooth line. Fits nicely into a corner for ease of use whenever I need to stretch or other workout. Easy to jump rope on without throwing off balance.
