Don’t give up!
Disclaimer: Age 69 with sore knees and feet and arthritis in fingers. Taking all that into consideration, I am on day 3 with this thing and am quickly becoming addicted. I can do it for 4 minutes now. A few tips I’ve learned from watching instructional videos and adjusted for myself accordingly. Wear it lower on the hips, not up at your waist. Make sure it is flat/even going around you. Not tipped up in the back and lower in the back. What finally got it to go for me is bending my knees a lot, it almost feels like a squat. I go side to side, literally lifting my feet off the floor to get a good ‘sway’ movement going. And suddenly it was going around!!!! I look like a crazed crab walking on the beach. The important thing is it’s fun. I will walk into the room where I have it and strap it on and give it a whirl! Even if I’m not doing it ‘right’ and don’t look like anyone in the video’s, I am doing something! And I thought back to when I was a little girl learning how to hula hoop. When it would fall to the ground, I would pick it up and try again, over and over and over. So when the ball stops whirling, just give it another swing and keep going! Also, for whatever weird reason, it helps if I look down instead of straight ahead. I thought it would help to watch my reflection but I was much more successful if I looked down or to the side.4 stars and not 5 is only because I have trouble getting it off because of my fingers. Nothing wrong with the design, just my fingers.

You need strong hands to use
This was for my daughter and grandkids. It takes strong hands to adapt to the size of the user, but otherwise it is a great rif on the Hula Hoop.

Great work out.
I love this. I work out with it every other day for 40 minutes at a time. I was able to take off 2 links so far. It is quiet but you do have to put some oil on the wheels every now and then.

Good
I like how quiet it is. What I don’t like is that it doesn’t have an easy way to take it on and off. I have a different brand one that’s loud but it does have a piece to take it on and off easily. I also seem to have a hard time keeping this one going around for awhile not sure why. It may be the length of the ball needing to be longer.

This is very quiet compared to some of the others that click really loud when using it. The adjustability is easy pop on, pop off.

Just as good as the more expensive ones.
I’ve wanted one of these for a long but they are so expensive. This was at a price I could afford and it works great

I bought another weighted hoop and had a hard time getting it to work. I assemble this one and try it out and first time it is working for me. I can do it now! So happy with my purchase.

Nice
The only thing I wish it had is a latch to make it easier to put on and off. How you do it now is by connecting the tracks together and you have to squeeze the plastic pretty hard. It’s fairly noiseless, the ball hasn’t caught or stuck when I’m using it. I’ve only had it for a few days so we will see about it’s effectiveness as an exercise machine but I have high hopes

Great product
I would definitely recommend this product. It’s a fun way to work out. The first day it was a little tricky to get the hang of but after that first day it’s super easy to control. My only problem is the blatant lie on the box that says you’ll burn 800 calories if you use it for 30 mins. It’s gonna be different for everyone’s body but when I use it for 30mins I burn only a little over 100 calories. There’s no possible way this could burn 800 in 30 mins.

Takes a bit to get hang of it
This device can provide a pretty good workout once you get the hang of using it. It took me about four tries before I was able to successfully keep the weight up in the air while moving. I know some people recommend using it for 30 minutes straight, but I know that will take me quite a long time to build up to. I haven’t yet felt like the weight might come loose and separate from the hoop part. I will continue to use it. As others have said it’s pretty quiet during use. I’ve used it 5-6 times so far & would recommend it based on my experience.

Not noisy,smooth.
I just got this 2 days ago so can’t tell weight loss or toning results yet. But I can say i think the quality and ease of connecting it was surprisingly great. I really enjoy doing the hoop. Put your music on and go at it 😃I do recommend watching a you tube video on the correct way to use it though. I had mine a little too loose at first. It should not droop in front or back. So make it snug enough to sit straight. Just un snap and snap it back on. It’s easy! Good quality for the price in my opinion.

Fun to use !
It’s a great fun product. I’m a home body and wanted something easy to use to start moving around more. This hoolahop is so much fun! I can do it for ever it feels like. It’s super easy to put on,take off, add more clicks or take some off. It rides around really smoothly and doesn’t make too much noise. It’s definitely strong I’d be swinging it around my waist and it never gets stuck. I love this product and so happy I got it. The performance is like no other!

Works well, takes some time
The instructions that come with the products are not great. They don’t give you any instruction really on how to use it…As a female that has a fluffy belly, I got this to trim down and add to other work out regimens. It is easy to put together to fit your size. It DOES take a bit to learn to use and can be frustrating, it took me about 15-20 min to figure it out:where should i put it ? High waist? Low waist? Hip? I kept removing and adding clips and trying again, and it but only go around five or six times and stop. FINALLY, I figured out the best way for me was right above the hip and right below the belly button. It really helps to keep the momentum going. Spread your legs a bit, and practice in front of a mirror so you get see that you’re doing. Once I got going I lasted 5 min before needing to gasp for air:) it will get your heart rate really going, and make you sweat.

Whaaaaaat!!!! Lifetime guarantee!!!!
The media could not be loaded.
Materials seem heavy and of good quality. Took me about 10 minutes to figure out how to get the ball rolling, but when I did I only lasted 5. I am very out of shape I guess; but I am on my feet, walking all day. I really thought I’d be in better shape. My waist is fairly thick, 44” and I used 24 links. I have badly deteriorated disks from my job and I only felt a minor exaggeration of pain from my usual level (recently had back procedure that helped moderately). Point of equipment is to hopefully help strengthen core to reduce the debilitating pain so that I can get back to 10 hour plus days at work. I like to work. I like to work more without pain. I can work more years if I get rid of the pain. That’s the plan anyway. I’ll update again as I progress.

Fits better than you might think
I bought this one over others one cause in the videos it seemed quite and I liked that it had a bunch of pieces. I figured that with my belly I would need 28 pieces. Once I tried it on I found I could close it with 24 pieces, but to be safe I built mine with 25 pieces. It is amazing quite and runs smoothly. Once you figure out how to “bounce” side to side to keep the weight moving it’s actually a lot of fun. You can adjust the distance of the weight and it runs faster to move if wight farther out. You will have to play it to figure out your preference. For the price, it’s a great buy and I’d buy it again. It’s way cheaper than the $80-$120 name brand one.

A lot of fun!
Takes a little getting used to, but it’s super easy once you get it! For context: I’m a large lady trying to unbig my back and I work weird hours, so going to the gym is an absolute chore. This is nice because I can watch tv and chill at home while getting a workout in. A few things I learned: it’s easier if you have it fit to your form more. I took links out until it gave me barely any wiggle room and it helped a lot. I also played around with the length of the cord on the weight. Seemed to work best for me when the cord was the longest. Would recommend wearing a thin tank top so it doesn’t rub against your skin. You WILL feel the burn. As someone who hates working out, this isn’t bad honestly, you just get in a rhythm and try to keep it moving like a game and it becomes fun. Definitely recommend! Side note: there’s plenty of links imo. I’m a size 24 and I had a few extra links, so measure your torso before purchasing if you think it’s not big enough because chances are that it is.

Waist hoop
Easy to assemble to fit your size. Fun, especially when you get to remove a link. Movement has taken me some time to master. Easily adjustable. Very durable. Pretty colors. I have been able to take out 5 links since starting about 60 days ago. I would recommend it, just give yourself room to workout.

Love this! Takes some getting use to at first but you get the hang of it after a while. I started with a snug (Not Tight!) fit over my belly button and then I got a good swing of the weight and used the side to side rocking motion and it worked great. Would definitely recommend.

Don’t give up!
I saw the one on social media for a whole lot more money but when I saw all the bad reviews about the product and failure to obtain refunds after returns, I decided to look on Amazon. I read many reviews and this one had the best product reviews, I trust Amazon’s return/refunds, this one was bigger, and the price was unbeatable. It delivered in one day. It was super easy to put together. Now, here’s my personal experience, because there’s no instructions on how to use it and initially, I thought to return it because I couldn’t do it. I was never a hoola hooper, even as a child. I vid chatted with a friend who helped me make some discoveries which helped. I had it around my belly! WRONG! It goes around the hips, the lower, the better. My friend pointed out that it was higher in the back than in the front. It must be straight all the way around. I had to get it below the fat at my tailbone. Stand with your feet apart and knees bent. And DON’T GIVE UP! Having someone watch (and laugh WITH you) is invaluable. It took about 10 minutes to finally get it right but wow what a workout. I’m deeply deconditioned with lung disease so I became very winded after about a minute and had to rest. Heart rate hit 100 bpm and I was sweating profusely. I will have to work my way up to 30 mins but even just 5 minutes was better than no movement at all. So, I like this thing and I’m looking forward to continuing. Just don’t be dismayed! It takes a few minutes to get the knack, and the placement of it on your body is critical. But you can do it! Good luck!

Do not give up on this! Practice until you get the hang of it.
When I first bought this weighted hula hoop I seriously thought that it would be easy but once I finally put it all together (Which was easy to do) and then I attempted shaking the hoop I quickly realized its actually hard to keep the hoop/weighted bag going non-stop. After a decent amount of time of me trying over and over again to get the hoop/weighted bag to spin non-stop I was going to give up but I decided to keep trying different stances, swinging motions, and I finally started getting the hoop/weighted bag to stay spinning for almost 10 minutes straight. Its starting to get easier every time. Yes, you might look weird/odd from shaking your hips all fast and crazy but I promise if you don’t give up and you keep practicing every night that you will get used to it. I have to grab the weighted bag and swing it first then I start trying to hula hoop with it and keep it going. Im excited about my hula hoop journey.

So easy to assemble!
I’m doing it! I saw a woman on Youtube who recorded her weight loss journey and it was inspiring as heck! She started it at 300+ lbs and within 10 months she had lost do much weight, she stood in one leg of her old sweat pants! I’m 100 lbs over weight and I’ve started the Atkins diet and I bought this and I’m not kidding around!! I’m getting winded walking to my car outside! I’m going to keep a journal and share it with EVERYBODY! I’M NOT GOING TO DIE A FAT OLD LADY WITH THE”PRETTY FACE”!… people say that to me ALL THE TIME! Who compliments a body part? Like,” you have such a pretty elbow.. but your fat!” When someone tells me my “face is pretty” I call them out. I say “Finish it! say what you are thinking!! You mean I have a pretty face but the rest of me isn’t so pretty!! Right? SAY IT!! No more. I’m losing this weight or I’m going to die trying!

Works great.
It’s only day 1 of using and after 30 minutes I can feel the burn in my sides stomach and legs. Takes a few tries to get it to stay swinging but once you find your rhythm it keeps going. You can put it anywhere around your waist high low or right in the middle. I hold my arms straight out and it gives them a workout also. The pieces are very easily put together. You can adjust the size within seconds. It does take some hand strength but not much. Over all this is a great product so far.

Virtually silent. Love how quiet it is. On the box it states “lifetime guarantee” yet there is no name, address, or phone number anywhere on the box or paperwork to follow thru with guarantee. For that reason, I am giving only 3 stars. I have had to replace wheel mechanisms twice on the non silent hoops, bought this one for the guarantee.

A Must Have
I purchased this for myself actually. My child saw this hula hoop and decided she had to have it. I purchased another one in the same day. I have had them for a week now, and I have already taken out a loop, or whatever you call it. I have only used it 3 times, and I’m in love. The price was a steal, and it is just as good as the expensive ones. It only took a day for delivery, and I have not had any problems. This has become one of my exercise routines. If you want to strengthen your core, try this. You can’t go wrong.

Fun, fun, fun, love it
My Infinity hoop arrived on time, as promised. It was well packaged. There was no breakage. It is easy to put together but does take a little hand strength to put the links together. It is very quiet. I don’t hear noise as the weight moves around the hoop. I tried it on my waist but could only get a few rotations before the weight dropped. After a few tries, I decided to try it just below my waist a good 2-3 inches lower than my normal waist; added on a couple more links and hit pay dirt. The weight kept spinning around me until I stopped rotating my hips. I probably look completely crazed, holding my arms up in the air, my head jerking back and forth trying to keep the motion going. One foot a little ahead of the other helped. I have to work up to a 30 minute workout; I have no idea what to do with my arms for thirty minutes. I got a serious head rush when the weight was spinning — that was nice — and it was all natural coming from inside me. I am happy with my purchase and would definitely purchase again as a gift. Happy hooping to me.

If you’re outofshape read this…
I’m a 51 year old Mom, with multiple health conditions, weakness, transplant survivor, and very out of shape. I’ve been doing this hoop thing for a week and my body is starting to wake up again. You can easily adjust your movement to get a good sweat out of it or a gentle awaking to your body. Loving this hoop so far.It has slight bumps on the inside plastic. It doesn’t feel like it would feel good but it gives a gentle message. The only negative would be opening and closing. I am very weak and it is a struggle for me. Thank God for patience because I’ve been opening and closing it for a week now.Take the first step to better health and buy it. Stick with it, push yourself, and with a better diet and positivity you will get the results you want.Love,Mom

great size for plus sized!
I was very spectacle about ordering this hoop w/out measuring my waist first but it turns out that I was the correct size. In fact when I tried it on I had to leave off 4 links to get it to fit on my waist w/out the hanging down that all of the links did. I am about 300lbs at 5ft 7in and in a size 5 or 6 tshirts and pants so this happens to be a perfect size for someone with that stature like myself. However, it is hard to keep it going and you really have to work at it. I did not receive the sweat belt with it like it said I would, which honestly could make a difference in the way it feels and moves. So far so good on the product over all. Rating a 3 star only because I did not receive my belt with it.

Amazingly quiet!
I just got this and have only used it once so I can not speak to the longevity or actual useful results but I did use it as soon as I received it and here is what I can say so far. It is super smooth and quiet I did not have to turn up the TV at all to hear it while doing this. It is not as easy as it looks. I did get it spinning after a few tries but it was already almost time for bed so I only did it for about 10 minutes- the longest I could keep it spinning was probably less than a minute then I lost the momentum and had to give the ball another spin. I can see how this would be great cardio. I did notice this would be better with workout shoes on because there was a lot of rapid foot movement to keep the weight spinning and it started to hurt my feet (I was barefoot). I did use a sweat belt or whatever you want to call the neoprene type thing so it did not rest against my skin or rub at all and it was very comfortable using like that. I will continue to use and update if it falls apart right away or I notice anything off but for 20$ cant beat it it’s a new fun way to get some movement in your day.

Had to Tighten the String
Overall I love this thing so far. The only thing was when I first used it, I had to adjust the string the weight is on or it wouldn’t move on the track of the hoop. It was a little bit of trial and error to see how much the string had to be adjusted for it to move and not hit me in the leg. I honestly think they probably had a longer string than is truly necessary, but it’s still a super fun way to work out.
