    Sturdy and great for core workouts

    More pricy than other brands, but you get what you pay for. They are study and work well on tile floor. Expect to see some scratches after a few uses, but they still work great if you are looking for another gadget for core workouts at home.

    Work well on carpet

    I have been using them on carpet for a few months now and they are holding up well. One of the discs makes a weird clicking sound when I step on it and I’m assuming it’s due to how the foam was glued onto the plastic. But they slide easily and well on carpet. I have been doing beachbody’s 80 day obsession and it works perfectly for that. You need to wear shoes using these. I’ve tried barefoot and your feet will slide off of the black material. You need traction to keep the disc on your feet while sliding. The price is great and they have held up well to almost daily use!

    Sliders for the floor or carpet to work out with

    It was suggested to me by my physical therapist to buy these sliders for the floor for one of the exercises that I have been doing for knee strengthening. It works fabulous.

    Great little game changers!

    I absolutely love these sliders! They’re extremely portable and you can do a wide range of exercises with them – for your core, upper body, lower body! And I just had to go for the pink ones haha. I’ve also had no problem with using them on rug or hardwood floor.
