Perfect for a home gym! Amazing quality.
I have purchased other resistance that were about half the cost of these, and let me say WOW. The quality difference. Definitely spend the extra money and get these. The quality difference. Not only can you see the quality difference, you can FEEL it.Lets start first. The look. These things are rugid looking and just look more like a “comprehensive” set than the rainbow resistance band assortment I purchased before.Secondly. As I stated before, the quality. Its in the stitching of the band covers and in the handle bands. Even the rubber itself. It just feels more premium.Lastly. The smell. The last rainbow set I purchased had an AWFUL burnt rubber smell to it. It took up the whole garage and it took about 3 weeks to subside to where it was bearable to use them in a workout. These did NOT have that at all! I was in disbelief when I opened the packaging and didn’t get wacked in the face with an awful latex/rubber smell.Overall, value for the money 10/10. I would definitely buy this again and woukd highly recommend these to anyone starting a home gym!

Health is important!
Doctor recommended resistance band therapy. My kids and I love these. A good workout, portable, safer than weights for therapy and those of older age. They seem well built and durable. One thing to be wary of, you need a solid/metal door to use the door strap with. If you have those cheap thin panel doors, your doors can be damaged by the higher resistance bands.

Great quality product
I have ordered other stretchy bands for home workouts. I was looking for another to step up the “weight” and chose this. Very happy with this purchase, solid construction and great tension. Comes with some added stuff that is useful.I have been using it now for just about 2 months, looking forward to long term use.

It’s like having a gym at your home
When I first received the package I was a little skeptical cause I expected a bigger box, but that skepticism quickly disappeared once I opened it up. I loved the look of the product, the bands feel and look very durable, the workout sheet is very useful, and just the simplicity of it is very impressive. Although it didn’t have instructions on how to use the bands, it was super simple to figure it out. And if I can figure it out anyone can! So when in action you can really feel the resistance just like real weights in fact better cause there’s always constant tension. I’ve been using them for a month now and I’ve had some of the best workouts I’ve ever had and I already see the results. So if you’re looking to save money from gym memberships, or just don’t have time to go to one, but still want to build quality muscle, I highly suggest that you invest in this HPYGN home gym system.

These things are the truth!
You definitely get your money’s worth out of these. I had to buy two sets though for my weight bench. It would be better if they put 2 of each weight size, charge a bit more for an even bench press workout. But I do have a strange setup. But it works for me.

Love this set! If you have a door, you have a gym!
The grips are comfortable but movable so you can get just the right angle for whatever exercise you’re doing. Good variety of resistance poundage that can be mixed and matched to get greater resistance.

Quality product
The Hpygn resistance bands are a quality product, no doubt! I purchased the resistance bands as an alternative for my “down” days (missed gym days) and they seem sufficient. Am sure with time they’ll lose tension/ but for $40, I’d venture to guess that’s not for a good while! Am unsure if it’s mentioned or not but I’d suggest weaving the “doorstop” strap through the back of your door (close to the hinges) for larger loads.

Great workout tool for anyone men or women
Very well-made was the first thing I noticed when my grandson opened the Christmas present. He’s a big guy, I was a little worried that it would not be strong enough for him, but I needn’t have worried. They give you heavy duty straps with carbines that are extremely well made. The sewing thread is excellent, I don’t see it coming apart anytime soon. Use it with your hands and around your ankles. I think it’s a great way to exercise indoor or out.. I love that it’s so transient you can put it on any door anywhere. It comes with its own bag, so there’s not a big mess when you’re done with it, you just stuff it all in the bag and you’re good to go. I do recommend this product. I’m very pleased. My grandson is very pleased as well.

Little early to say but so far so good.
I find combining free weights with the bands is best for me. The problem is I seem to break the bands pretty quickly. I decided to use yet another brand and we’ll see what happens. Be prepared while using any bands because if they snap depending on what your doing you could injure yourself.

Overall a great product
I’ve been using this set of bands along with another set from the same dealer and have had some fantastic workouts. My only request from HPYGN would be to make all of your sets with the same setup so that they can be used together more easily (the way the bands connect to the handles is different). But other than that super happy with both the products and the sellers.

A very good value! Purchased for rotator cuff physical therapy at home.
I had rotator cuff surgery in both shoulders (months apart) and had to do physical therapy at home each day. These bands come in many resistance levels which really helped me get the exercises done. They are commercial grade quality. I was impressed by how well built they are. The handles that were included gave me many options for using them. There are attachments to use under or over a door, over your ankle, and to wrap around poles or other fixed objects. You can double or triple up the bands if you need a lot of resistance. One of the best values I’ve gotten in recent memory. Highly recommended for any kind of resistance training.

So far, very great.
I ain’t gonna lie, bands scare the crap out of me but not enough to keep me from using them. Maybe I’d feel differently if I’d been whacked by one snapping on me. These are not the most expensive but there are certainly many cheaper sets out there to be had and cheaping out on resistance bands seems like a very bad idea. You’re just asking for trouble in my opinion. I’m not an expert on resistance bands but these seem to be really high quality. They feel plenty sturdy and substantial. I often see people use resistance bands ridiculously explosively when demonstrated on videos and I don’t really understand the need to do that. It seems to defeat the purpose of controlled time-under-tension. Don’t get me wrong, these can handle all the rapid pulling and stretching I can muster but I’m not a 300 lb bodybuilder who wants to show these things who’s boss, if you know what I mean. I do see there are some reviews where people have had issues but not many. After listening to fitness experts, it seems that no matter what brand you get, this will be inevitable (though that shouldn’t be the case immediately and those should be replaced by the seller, if there is a fault in manufacturing which is also inevitable).Ok, all I know is that these are helping me tremendously. I use them every single day. I put a lot of my body weight into them. I even use them to hold up most of my weight practicing a pistol squat and I worry more about the door in this case than I do the bands. They are very good quality.I’m not a huge fan of the door anchor that comes with any of these sets but this one is good quality. I use it under the door but for the top I chose to get these anchors which I could not be happier with. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09DP7ZVDG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1I like to separate out the top of the band. I bought extra heavy-duty carabiners to attach to the anchors and couldn’t be happier with those either. I originally bought the wall anchor system to screw into studs on a dedicated wall, only to find that our basement is built with steel studs. This is a nice discovery for other reasons but made the wall anchors unusable. I like what I have better than I think I would like the strap or straps that go across the door. I have tried to be as unbiased and honest in my review as possible here. The only thing I haven’t said is that I haven’t had these all that long so I can’t possibly know the durability with certainty but they sure seem like they will last. If they don’t, which I think they will, I suppose I’ll end up ponying up for the most expensive, highest quality I can find because I know with absolute certainty that I want resistance bands in my life as long as I have an ounce of strength to use them, which I hope is until the day I die.

Best resistance bands I’ve purchased
I’ve purchased at least three sets of resistance bands and these by far are in another class by themselves. Durable, good quality, easy to travel with, strong carabiners, sewed with double stitching, can feel weight of bands and resistance to match. Very easy to use and great value.

Reasonable Cost Effective Upgrade!,
The product pictures depicted gave the impression of it being comparable to one of the well known high end brand costing nearly a hundred dollars. I settled on buying the 300lbs set for $39.98. Upon the package delivery, I checked the quality of stitching, workmanship, and material which appeared to be of good quality at first glance. the quality of stitching, workmanship, and material which appeared to be of good quality at first glance. The six cable bands are well manufactured, uniform in length and size which comes in a varying degrees of tensions(25lbs-75lbs, 300lbs set). The D Rings on handles and cables are solidly well constructed as well as the two connector clips. Overall my experience so far has been $atisfying plus comfortably enjoyable, I must report I did order and received their upgraded handles with slightly added foam cushion grip. Recommend upgrading the door anchor to the bodylastic anchor (1-$6/2-$12 approx.). We’ll see how these exercise bands hold up after six to twelve months of varying degrees of intense use.

Worth the Money? Yes
Listen, to get this kind of resistance traning from free weights – which I prefer – would cost 10 times as much. So the bang for the buck is certainly there. However, these are not perfect. If you aren’t used to working out with resistance bands, these are certainly different. They take some getting used to. While an exercise chart comes with the kit, which is nice, not all exercises are easily achieved depending on the room you have or even your physical build. The bands are only so long. If you’re 5ft tall, you are going to have an easier time working out with the 65lb band than, say, someone who is 6′-6. The more the band is stretched, the greater the tension. This is part of the learning curve. My biggest issue with the bands is the beefiness of the handles where they join to the bands. When doing presses, the nylon and metal brushes past your arms, leaving welts or scratches. Honestly, I don’t know what anyone is supposed to do about this, as you must have a good solid connector from band to grip or you risk the band snapping and causing injury. I like these bands. Again, using them effectively will just take some practice.

No issues
I was able to order and use these while away traveling. It was a bit difficult to find good anchor points in the small room I was in, but I was still able to get a good workout when going to the gym was not an option. They have held up, although I do only use the heavier bands rarely. Overall a good purchase. The travel/storage bag is very handy as well.

Compact setup, but lots of workouts
I liked the flexibility of clipping on/off resistance, based on which workout was next. I initially worried about the bands, not so much the piece that anchors on the other side of the door, but if over time they’ll wear out while they’re looped in. However these feel durable and I don’t think I’ll be wearing them out any time soon. After my workouts I like that they don’t take up a lot of space.I feel the design of this product and the construction will give me years of various active workouts!

Holding up
My last bands broke and thought I would try these. Better than I thought. I only use them for those hard to work stabilizer muscles that free weights can’t engage. I will also use them to warm up certain muscles before the real workout. I’m over 50 and warm ups seem to be more critcal.

Appear and seem to be good
I originally purchased the 150lbs set for $19.98 from the same company (HPYGN Sport). I then decided to purchase this 300lbs set for comparison purposes and would return one of the two. There’s an ol’ adage: “You get what you…”. There is no comparison. This 300lbs set is far superior in quality (i.e size of hardware, larger handles ([however, this ‘may’ not be deemed as a pro by all], leg attachments, etc.) vs the 150lbs set. Don’t get me wrong…the cheaper version has their place; however, not if you’re looking for a decent set of bands for a decent workout and especially, if you’re in fairly decent shape. The cheaper ones had 4 1/2 stars rated by 6,887 people or somewhere in the neighbourhood of that. The 300lbs set had 5 stars I believe by approximately less than 20 people. 300lbs set also had 25% off promo. Spend the coin and get the better is my respectful suggestion.

NOT For Shorter People
This band set serves it’s purpose but my only complaint is that it obviously isn’t intended for shorter people. That will vary by the exercise. Let’s say that you’re doing standing curls. The only way to make it work if you’re not tall is to step on the band almost near the end point where it meets the handle. Apparently, the handle and carabiner adds too much length, creating A LOT of slack if you’re not tall.Aside from, 4.5 stars.

I had one band snap during use. When the company learned of it from my review, it reached out to me and sent a replacement. Also, I was supposed to receive the replacement in 3-7 days, but it only took 2. I have been using the bands consistently with just the one problem, but the company’s quick response was appreciated and rare.
